To be eligible for admission to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in Vijayawada, candidates must:

• Have a 10+2 with a 50% aggregate
• Have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)
• Have a B.Sc degree in Nursing from a recognized university, with at least 55% (for General candidates) or 50% (for ST/ SC candidates) marks 

For admission to allied paramedics and pharma courses, students must perform well on the EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test), a state-level entrance exam held by APSCHE. 

The counseling for MBBS and BDS admissions is conducted by NTRUHS.
