IIS University was established in 1995, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is a private University, accepted by NAAC with A+ grade and acknowledged by UGC. The University offers various types of Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate and Research-Based programmes along with these courses, there are diploma and certificate courses. It conducts semester system for every course, there are two semesters in a year. These two semesters are Odd and Even. Odd semester begins from July and extends till December, Even semester starts in January and ends in June. In the month of November-December the theory and practical examination of the odd semester, are conducted and in the month of April-May, the even semester’s examination is held. The results of the semester are uploaded by the University on the official website within the 30-35 days after the commencement of the examination. In 2019, IIS University is ranked 24th in all over India by Outlook magazine. There are popular under graduate and post graduate courses like B.A., B.Sc.,B.Com., BCA, BBA, BJMC, B.A. B.Ed., M.Sc., M.Com., MCA, MBA, MFA, MJMC, MSW etc. Apart from these course there are various research based programmes which University offers like M.Phil., PhD. Minimum 48% aggregate is needed to get admission in UG course and 55% aggregate is needed in relevant subject to get admission in a master degree course, for PhD programme 55% aggregate with masters in relevant subject is needed.

The basic admission criteria is based on merit and for MBA admission there are entrance examinations CAT and for research based programme there are Research entrance Test (RET).

Admission Updates

  • Candidates can apply for UG course till 17th of June, 2021.
  • Candidates can apply for PG course till 18th of June, 2021.
  • For M.Phil. and PhD course, the last date of application is 18th June, 2021.
  • For PhD course, the exam date of Research Entrance Test has been scheduled on 23rd July, 2021.
  • Aspirant candidate’s merit list will be released on 18th July, 2021 and 25th July, 2021.
