"Not the Best, But not the Worst Either. "

What I Liked

Exams are conducted in fair manner. No cheating can be done specially in mid semester and end semester exam.
Timely semester are completed, 6 month semester is completed in 4 months and one month holiday.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is very limited only 15 classroom and parking. Our college life revolves around that only.
No coed, No extra co- curricular activities, No events and no fresher's for new student.

Placement Experience:

Only 2 student from my batch. Out of 150 only 2 student got placement. We are in 5th semester hoping to get more number of students placed in next semester. The top recruiting companies are: 1. Infosys 2. Tata Consultancy Ltd 3. LIC

Remarks:

I choose this college because of it name and fame. Earlier I thought this will be a good decision for me but not it was not a wise decision to take admission in this college. Process of admission is quite simple just fill the form and wait for list and pay fee and your admission is done there is no entrance exam for admission after lockdown but before lockdown there were entrance exam conducted as per our seniors.

What I Liked

I like how the classrooms are designed and how capable the classroom is to provide great education. The classroom does fulfill the needs of the students with ample space to sit around and read and have no distractions.
The faculty has some great professors who are more than willing to give their best to make the students grow within the organization and make them a capable person on their own. The college has a good faculty where every professor tries to help students in every way possible.

What I didn’t like

The overall area of the college is pretty small and it doesn’t feel like an actual college but a small institution which is not the case actually. But the college space can be utilised more efficiently which hasn’t been done.
It doesn’t have a canteen which does pose some issues due to the alter timing of the classes which is from 2 to 6pm and the students have to hopelessly roam around the roads to get something which a canteen can offer.

Placement Experience:

The placements and job opportunities are not that great but it does offer some of the known companies. The overall experience of training and placement is not that great, as it doesn’t provide internship opportunities.

Remarks:

It’s a renowned institution approved by different government standards and I am close to my home. No, I didn’t face any group discussions, interviews or written tests for admission. And it was pretty basic and easy to get admission.

My college honest review

What I Liked

Bit name is popular so the degree is valuable and management js good
Location of the college is good and it was mear to my home

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure was very small and dont have even basic facilities
Placements are very poor and collgedont have even placement cell

Placement Experience:

A greater than 7.5 GPA was required to sit in placement. The highest package was 6lpa and the average 2-3 lpa. 57%students only got placed. I am doing a job after getting my degree. And also planning for higher studies.

Remarks:

The campus was very small and placement is also not good. Admissions are done based on 12th marks. The cutoff is 75%IN boards and there were no GD/PI rounds. The college had no placement cell also and the library was very small.

A experience of BIT

What I Liked

Faculty are very helpful and polite with the students.
College is very strict with their curriculum.

What I didn’t like

Campus is too small there is no space to hangout inside the campus.
College don't even conduct any type of fest.

Placement Experience:

The college provides internships to students after the 4th semester. When it comes to placements you can expect decent placement like avg 4 to 5 lakh and highest about 12 to 15 lakh only. Companies like HDFC, TCS, and ADITYA BIRLA hire the freshers in bulk in BIT.

Remarks:

In BIT Lalpur your admission is taken directly based on class 12th marks, you should have a minimum of 60% in standard 12 then only you are eligible to take admission here. The admission is taken based on a merit list prepared by the college.

My 1st year experience in BIT mesra lalpur

What I Liked

Faculty are nice here. They guide us very nicely.
Exams are held on time. There is no delay in exams.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the infrastructure of my college.
Campus is very small. There is no exposure.

Placement Experience:

There are very less placements here although some companies are coming they recruit a very small number of students. 30% of students got placements here last year because of recessions. I want to pursue an MCA degree after graduation.

Remarks:

The placement of this college is decent and some companies come here like Deloitte and Wipro. And here no entrance exams are held. students get admission based on their 12th marks and every bio student gets admission here.

Review was nice

What I Liked

College infrastructure is good with highly maintained and well developed. Classroom are also high maintained.
Faculty are good and highly qualified. They are very polite and always help the students by clearing the doubts

What I didn’t like

The parking area of the college is not good. There is lots of brick which is very difficult to park the two wheeler.
Campus is two small like as soon we enter the college,it's like it gots ends. Playground is also not highly maintained .

Placement Experience:

Student scoring more than 8cgpa are eligible to sit in the placement. TISCO, Infosys are the recruiter that made the offers. Highest placement depend upon the students capabilities. Placement is very less in this college.

Remarks:

The factors choose me that it was near my house and it is a branch of bit mesra which is famous among them. The procedure of addmission was that we have fill the application form and result/selection came on the basis of merit list .I didn't face neither any group decision nor any interview.

The soo called BIT

What I Liked

Teacher are good and well experienced in their subjects and the way of explaining things is good. They are ready to clear doubt .
Class and lab are well maintained and everything is good

What I didn’t like

The campus is too small and not good . There nothing to spend time for students in the campus.
Lab are old and device are also very old and not well maintained

Placement Experience:

Placement are good and well played and intership program also take place in the college as a part of subject which make it necessary for students to pay attention and take it seriously and learn something from it.

Remarks:

The name BIT is enough for someone to take admission in it and the teacher and placement are good here and my family members also studied from here and I also heard good things form my friends about the college so that's why I took admission in this college.

What I Liked

The infrastructure of classroom. The teaching provided by the teacher.
Very good behaviour of teachers and faculty members

What I didn’t like

Parking area is mainly going under construction so that it's look little messy.
Attendance criteria for students is very strict.75 %attendance is compulsory in all the subjects.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for placement is that you must have good GPA in all the semesters mainly in 5 and 6 Tata Wipro Infotech etc...are the companies coming for placement. The highest package for BBA has gone to 3to5 lakhs.

Remarks:

College is well known worldwide for its study discipline and activities and the placements provided by the college it's one of the best colleges within India students crave to admission Bit Mesra to have a successful career ahead basically I was a Covid batch so therefore was no gf pi or written test it was based on merit results of 10 th and 12th
