I tried my best to review my university

What I Liked

I like our classroom. There are many fans, lights and phone charging plugs
I like to play in the university play ground

What I didn’t like

The placement of the university is very poor
The campus is a little bit small. But there are many plant in the campus

Placement Experience:

You have to mostly attent in the class and moot court for best palacement. You have take good percentage in exam to get better placement. I want to be practice in the court as a lawyer and become a judge

Internships Opportunities:

Many law firms company. Mostly I don't about the placement of our university. But I know there is an placemrnt cell in our university. That's it I know. Thank you. So you have prepare for outside placement.

Overall review of the durgapur government college.

What I Liked

In my opinion the one of the best thing about this college is playground.
And another thing that attract me is the environment of the college.

What I didn’t like

The thing that I dislike is about the upper library room .
the upper library room is not too long .

Placement Experience:

Geology is one of the highest paying jobs in India . Here the placement can go upto 32 lakhs per annum . The minimum placement is around 13 - 14 lakhs . Many of my seniors got many highest packaging jobs in ONGC and other private and non-provate company.

Internships Opportunities:

I am a 3rd year student. After b.sc or during m.sc the students have the opportunity to take internships from various institutes and many of my seniors are doing internship and they are all good students.

What I Liked

I like the faculties and there practical knowledge about the papers.
I also liked the on field projects and excursions I have participated

What I didn’t like

The campus and college life was not good
The infrastructure and labs were also not so good .

Placement Experience:

No there was no placement cell or internship opportunities as it is a normal post-graduation University. But they provided some on-field projects for us to pursue. Both free and paid projects. I haven't paid much attention to placement and projects as I had plans for a Ph.D.

What I Liked

I like the campus structure of this college there is a big round and sitting places Big trees but so very good environmental very good garden etc.
The bathrooms are pretty decent in this college there is no issue using bathroom
There is no water problem if you are thirsty you can bring water from the water dispensary.

What I didn’t like

I didn't like the behaviour towards the bad students or below average students by the Teachers Day neglect this students very much they avoid them.
The library is just by name in the in my 3 years of studying in this college there is no book provided by the library I always end up buying the book from outside stores.
There is no security check by the guard while entering the college so anyone can enter this college there is so much securities whose in this college.

Placement Experience:

The placements are neither good nor bad they always end up excusing us for not having this or that, and that's why it is impossible to get placed by this college. I strictly don't recommend this college for any placement-seeking students. If anyone looking for a college that can place them in a good company or into a good job then this is not yet choice it's a very bad college in terms of placements.

Internships Opportunities:

I am studying in 3rd year but there is no placement opportunity provided by this college, so I can't give details about how the internship works this college I am pretty sure it will be also traced like the other things in the college.

The heading is very good .. i am happy with it

What I Liked

I like my college very much and the campus and infrastructure is well mentioned
The faculties is well maintained in our college

What I didn’t like

The college class is not regularly available
Few class are there in offline mode which i dislike most

Placement Experience:

The placement is good om our college , the university is new so now its not so big but in future it will grow up ... The placement in private mines and the package is around 20 to 40 lacks ... They offered 4 to 5. Students

Internships Opportunities:

The company may be any private company and the role they will give that is not known to us The project is on model and is there after semester.. the intership is to going to iit kharagpur is mentioned

IN-DEPTH REVIEW OF MY COLLEGE CUM UNIVERSITY

What I Liked

Laboratories and field training experience
Extra curricular activities and library management

What I didn’t like

Poor administrative management and high fees
Exam scheduling and time management for publication of notices

Placement Experience:

Recent days almost every department of engineering got a good placement drive form various known companies like electrosteel, datcan,Rashmi, and many other companies. The package are not that good but monthly around 17k to 40k you will be getting. Almost 75% student got placed this year including mining department.

Internships Opportunities:

Currently, I am not opted for any internship program but definitely I will be getting after some few days. Currently, I have completed my training in ug coal mines under eastern coal field limited ( in 5th sem) and after completion of 6th sem i will be doing another training from other reputed metal mines.

What I Liked

I like college faculty behaviour and campus life
I most inspired from our dear hod sir Dr arindam Biswas sir .

What I didn’t like

I only dislike one thing in my college about canteen food otherwise my college is better than iit.

Placement Experience:

I can say with placement our college is overall decent college the highest package of our department is 6 lakh per annum and average is 4.5 lakh . eligiblity criteria for placement is nothing but you have to punctual in your work .most recently recruiters is ecl HCl .

Internships Opportunities:

No I have not taken any internship and scholarship but my most of friends doing internship currently and taking scholarship benifit from WB government. Time mange in my case is not possible for internship.
