Nice college and good teachings

What I Liked

I like the big campus and canteen and we'll designed infrastructure
I like the college faculties and their teaching skills

What I didn’t like

I don't like the tidy areas because it's not well cleaned
I don't like the behaviour of some other students like they are a bit arrogant

Placement Experience:

Good placement and job opportunities and good result required for placements Some recruiters were there for some offer our teacher told Highest package was about 10lpa Students with more than 87% percent were able to get job I will become a data scientist

Internships Opportunities:

I have not yet completed my course of 4 years after completing the course I will opt for internship The projects may be like data analysing or data scientist or data visualisation everything related to statistics

About my mini university

What I Liked

The infrastructure is quite good overall nice experience
Amd faculty and campus life is also little but good

What I didn’t like

I like this college because their is no other good college in our city
Overall all things like infrastructure and faculty was good

Placement Experience:

I don't this college like gc in silchar give placements at all because their is no industry or any big company to hire students at all so I know their is very less placements in our college so that's all I know

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't got any internship in still in doing to complete the degree I choose BA economics which took 4 years to complete it was a long journey to complete so I don't suggest any poor guy to choose this

The golden days of my student life.

What I Liked

The college is totally ragging Free which is very good thing.
The environment of the college is clean and fully sanitized.

What I didn’t like

There is a required in maintenance of washrooms of the boys because the girls washroom are highly maintained
The break time they provided is very small for the student those you like to play during sports

Placement Experience:

The college provide very nice placement in every year last year the TCS and Mahindra company visited the college and required the student from the college the bite package day offers is 19000 and the maximum package goes to 50000.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes the college providing intentional opportunity and I also get this opportunity. The opportunity can get the student whose overall percentage of degree is more than 70% and for this internship the student get payment also.

The truth of college

What I Liked

I like the the teachers of my college they are helpful
Non teachings staffs are really supportive

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is really poor of my college
There is continous electricity problem in the college

Placement Experience:

There is no such opportunities for intership in the college also there is no placement for the passout students after the completion of the degree. I will have to look by my own for the jobs outside the college

Internships Opportunities:

No I didn't opted for any internship and aslo there is no project or placement by the college so we can't do any intership through the help of college all we can do is by our own and outsource everything

Life in Gurucharan College

What I Liked

I like the college campus and infrastructure surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Faculties of the college are very good. They try their best to provide every information and knowledge to us .

What I didn’t like

Toilets are not available for girls. College authority should look at this.
Office staff behaviours are not good at all . College should look at this .

Placement Experience:

In our college there is no placement opportunities. After completing graduation students have to search jobs by themselves. If you are an avarage student than you can expect of avarage of 25000. Around 90% students pass from the college.

Internships Opportunities:

I have not opted for any internship because intership opportunities are not available in the college. After completing graduation I have to search jobs myself. You can expect salary of 30000 in a month .

Just a Small Intro but GC College

Placement Experience:

Since, it is a college for general degrees, the placements here are low but we do have cells for future career planning and guidance. We also have proper coaching centers for people pursuing for Govt. Examinations.

Internships Opportunities:

Not yet, as I am hoping to go for higher studies in the future. I am planning to opt for masters in my current field. But, here interships offered are less but the ones offered are from very well to do organisations.

Journey in GC

What I Liked

I like the college in first structure where there is a proper clean and infrastructure provided by the Gurucharan college
The faculty member of Gurucharan college are really good the office staff the library staffs are all are very good they provide every support to the students

What I didn’t like

The think I dislike most in the college are there is a no canteen proper canteen facility in the college
Other things I dislike that when we it the time to get the marksheet there is a lot of chaos

Placement Experience:

When I studying in college the I got the opportunity in campus recruitment TCS provide the opportunity to get selected in get selected in their Kolkata regional office where there is a salary of 12000 per month and the average packages 120000

What I Liked

Amazing experience in this college Campus was a vast and the atmosphere was filmy

All Details for Gurucharan College

What I Liked

Chemistry labs with so many equipments , chemicals and our honours classroom with smart board and installed AC.
Auditorium which is provided for students to do small functions like freshers and farewell. I also like our library huge and open for everyone.

What I didn’t like

I don't the outage of electricity between the class.
Girls Washroom is far from other departments and not so well.

Placement Experience:

Students should score good marks to get placement, above 80% most probably. Nearby local companies have visited like HDFC, Acer, etc. The starting package offered was near 40000 and for later 60000 around. My plan after this degree is to do higher studies at Assam University.

What I Liked

Supporting faculties, very friendly environment.
Regarding campus it's very good, and nice.

What I didn’t like

First of all the sanitation facilities aren't upto the mark.
Problem of electricity is another headache in the college.

Placement Experience:

After my graduation i am planning to pursue masters in economics from Assam University, after that I would clear the NET exam , I am sure that it would definitely increase my employability opportunities.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't opted for any internship, neither our college offers any, it's always desirable to have such opportunities but it's not available in Gurucharan college Silchar, no govt college in our locality to the best of my knowledge provide such opportunities.
