Summary of AIIMS Mangalagiri

What I Liked

The roads and the greenery are well maintained which give a natural and peaceful vibe to the campus.
The college buildings are well constructed with AC ventilation in each floor and well organised laboratories for students to experiment and learn in.

What I didn’t like

More sports facilities need to be constructed here like a proper cricket ground, more badminton courts and a Gym and canteen for the students near the hostel.
The washrooms in the hostels need to be cleaned more often and the some preventive measures should be taken against the monkeys that often visit the hostel rooms for food.

Placement Experience:

Placements here are not yet developed as of now but I think there will be few internals reservation seats in PGs for good performing students in the near future. As of now I think there are 2 to 3 seats campus placements per batch every year.

Remarks:

The admission is done via your NEET UG rank and your reservation and based on the availability of the seats. I got my admission in NEET UG 2023 counselling with NEET rank of 2856. My reasons for choosing this college include the distance from my home(as it is easy for me visit my family often), and the quality education I get to experience in a prestigious AIIMS college.

A brief review about AIIMS mangalagiri

What I Liked

the infrastructure is of top end with high quality facilities
the enviroment is so pleasant as it is surrounded by hills
there is very less pollution as much of the common traffic does not enter the campus
there is a way to the police battalion from inside the campus so one can feel safer

What I didn’t like

there are some dogs and monkeys the later sometimes bother students in the hostels
it is a bit away from both guntur and vijayawada so far from a good city

Placement Experience:

there are no placements as such. people usually do pg after the course but one can also practice as general physician or work in different hospital setups to gain experience and skills for clinical practice

Remarks:

I chose this college because it is the besst i was getting for my rank in the neet ug exam.the admission is through the meritt basis in the neet ug examination only.the cut off depends on the rank inflation year by year as of now it is around 1700 for general category.
