Ans. The GNMEE is conducted by SSUHS for GNM course admission in both private and government nursing colleges in Assam. The question paper is of 100 marks and is divided into 3 sections, English (50 marks), Mathematics (25 marks), and General Science (25 marks). The questions are taken from the 10^th grade syllabus.

Ans. The list of all the candidates offered admission in the counselling will be released on the official website. The selected candidates must report at the Prinicpal office on the joing date with all the required documents. The documents that the selected candidates must carry are as follows,

• CEE Admit card
• CEE Score card
• Permanent Residence card
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Counselling fee payment receipt
• Medical fitness certificate

All these documents must be deposited at the Principle office.

Ans. B.Sc admission at SSUHS is based on the merit scored in the CEE entrance examination. The candidates must register for counselling for seat allotment by paying a non refundable fee of INR 750. The seat matrix for SSUHS B.Sc admission is as follows;

Ans. Yes. Candidates can get lateral entry into BMLT & BPT courses at SSUHS. A maximum of 10% of seats will be offered for lateral entry. The lateral entry admissions will be offered only to the students who have DPT & DMLT certifications from any college affiliated with SSUHS.

Ans. SSUHS offers Fellowship programs in Medical, Dental, and Nursing specializations. Candidates with a PG degree in the relevant specialization can pursue 1 year Fellowship program and a candidate with graduation can pursue 2 years Fellowship program. The intership offered is 6 months for graduate candidates.

Ans. SSUHS offers PG courses in Medical, Dental, AYUSH, Nursing, Pharma, and Paramedical. The students who completed the PG degree and pursuing the 1 year service bond are paid a monthly stipend of INR 54,000.

Ans. Candidates aspiring for M.Sc Nursing admission at SSUHS and it’s affiliated colleges must get the application form from the admission office of the college. Duly filled application form alog with all the supporting documents must be submitted at the admission office by paying non-refundable examination fee of INR 5,000. The fee must be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences” payable at SBI, GMC branch, Guwahati.

Ans. The entrance examination conducted by SSUHS for DPharm admission is for 150 marks. The exam is broken into 3 papers of Physics & Chemistry, Biology, & Mathematics. Each paper is of 50 marks. No negative marking is given for wrong answer. Unanswered questions will be given zero marks.

Ans. The Nursing admission at SSUHS is open only for permanent residents of Assam. The age of the candidate must not be over 24 years. The age limit is relaxed upto 3 years for students from minority communities.
