I did not appear for placements. But broadway was responsible for placements. One can get an average of 3-6 lakhs per annum from campus. Getting more than the average completely depends on one's caliber and ability.
The college is known for its faculty. From the academic perspective the college is good but from extracurriculars (fests) the college is ok ok. There were no group discussions, interviews or written tests at my time.
Read Full ReviewDuring my school days i developed an interest in finance thats why i chose commerce. Quality of the faculty is pretty good. I don't like the behaviour of some teachers as some of them are so arrogant. Exams are conducted timely i.e twice in a year. Difficulty level of the exam say easy to moderate.
Admission is based on CUET score only. You have to cross minimum cutoff to be eligible for admission. No I didn't face any other eligibilty requirement as it is solely based on your CUET score and you can crack it easily.
Read Full ReviewAs I have opted Commerce in my class 12th,it was quite obvious that I should go in a field related to Commerce. What can be better than persuing bcom hons in a delhi University college for a Commerce student. The faculty of DCAC for bcom hons is perhaps the biggest in delhi university.Talking about the quality of faculty, the faculty is very experienced. The teaching method is interesting in many ways.Timely presentation and tests are conducted so that student revise on a regular basis.
Talking about the good aspects,DCAC has so many societies that are quite good in engagement among students and the faculties have always the backbone of the college.Bad aspects would be the infrastructure and the size of the campus. The infra and the college size is very disappointing. The admission procedure was simple. You just give an exam named CUET and clear the cutoff and get admitted. The cutoff of the college for the unreserved was 735 out of 800.There were no gd and pi. I have done the preparation by myself only.Self study is more than enough as the syllabus is almost same as class 12th boards.
Read Full Reviewdu placements are like really bad with the average just being 3-4 lakhs per annum , but you can obviously increase that by doing an additional course like cma ,ca,acca etc or you can just focus on something else while keeping collage as your 2nd option
the admission process in du is very simply after the application of cuet ug ,in which you just have to give the cuet exam and clear the cut off which in my opinion is a little biased for general candidates there is no such provisions for personal interviews or group discussions, the main factor which make me choose this collage in the first place was honesty its ranking in du list ,its a good ranked collage in south campus of the delhi university, this is nothing to much complex about the admission process, you just have to clear the cutoff which was 720 for bcom for general candidates in the year 2024 which are like very achievable marks if nta does mess up the english exam this year too
Read Full ReviewPlacement and internship opportunities are majority for B.com students and some how for economics student otherwise no placement opportunities is available for other courses. Initially the opportunities were available but since newly inducted students were unable to bring opportunities for each course and hence not everyone except a few were able to get job opportunities and even internship.
During my time, admission was based on merit or 12th board scores. Since I did not score high enough to secure my preferred course, I had to choose this course as it included the subjects I wanted to study. The college is located in South Delhi and has a good reputation among South Campus colleges, with a decent student crowd. However, the campus is small, and the infrastructure is not well-developed.
Read Full ReviewCGPA matters for placements so if you want to get placed after graduation you need to maintain your CGPA above 7.5 atleast. The package can start from 5 lpa and go upto 10 lpa. KPMG also comes for hiring. Many people go for civil services or post graduation.
I gave the CUET exam for this. According to the preference list of the Delhi University I was allotted this college based on my performance. This college was 6th on my preference list and i score around 700/800 on my CUET test.
Read Full ReviewThere are placement for commerce and economics background students only they don't provide any kind of placement to other students . Being a english department student i certainly don't know much about it but as per rumours its not that great
I am really having the best days of my life , the college if very cute , from faculty to Admin office everyone is friendly and things go smoothly, another thing there is no politics in the college regarding the university election ( DUCU) AS this College doesn't come under it , so if you are a person who loves politics thing about, sadly college is small areas wise but it has all kind of facilities as it offers coures in 2 field only Arts and commerce only. I got addmission through CUET. , and my course offer good CGPA if we study regular its nit that tough but it is believe me

Read Full ReviewI choose this College because i have interest in spanish and the college is near my home. The faculty and teachers are very helpful and polite. Teachers explains really good and they clear everyone's doubt. The college have two exams per year for 1st semester and 2nd semester. The semester exams are not that hard.
My reason to choose this College is the course and location of this College. The college is in netaji nagar and nearby metro station is bhikaji cama place about 1-1.5km away. Good aspect: Everything of this College is very good from faculty to crowd and attendance system also, if you are preparing for other exams like Ca, upsc, ssc etc then this College is for u. Bad aspect: The only bad aspect of this College is infrastructure the college have only two old buildings and a small ground. The college is very outstanding in every aspects expect infrastructure. If you are preparing for other exams then you can add this College in your priority list. For taking admission in this College you need to give an exam called Cuet as this College comes under delhi University. You need good number in this exam for taking the admission in this College you need atleast 600+ score in cuet and for high-demanding courses the score increases.
