What I Liked

Campus is litterly so good plants there was so good the environment.

What I didn’t like

The management of plastic and garbage was quiet un ethic.

Placement Experience:

My college offers huge number of employment to the graduates and post graduates with the package of average 300000 per year my college remains a trust between the student and their carrier plans for the unexpectedly causes.

Remarks:

Since I am not financially free and well settled I belong from and middle class family and I have to earn in terms for having my education and basic expense on my own I have to earn with learning so sol du education colleges offers me earn with learn facilities where I can learn from distance and on the same hand I can earn too

My college Life in Motilal Nehru College

What I Liked

Infrastructure was very good canteen designs were amazing, sundari chowk was very famous.
Faculty My chemistry teachers were very amazing.

Placement Experience:

Placement wise also good many companies came there I also got an internship I really liked It was also a good experience for me I met with some bodies and enjoyed truly a lot. Currently I working in a MNC and internship experience was also helpful.

Remarks:

One of my elder brother already did graduation from this college that's why I liked it so much also I have seen this college because my house was near so this was also the reason. My parents also told me to go to this college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In last previous month I found that all teachers are so supportive with the first year student to help them to know about the college curriculum and for studies they have proper discipline for every class

What I Liked

College infrastructure is good and well maintained
College canteen is good with variety of foods available

What I didn’t like

Boys to girls ratio is low as compared to other DU colleges
College barely provide placement and few company come

Placement Experience:

There are no jobs in bsc , bcom , ba as only some companies visit for these course . The average package is around 5-6 LPA . Most of the students opt for higher studies or do government exam preparation. You will have free time so whatever you want to do you can .

Remarks:

I gave cuet in 2023 I scored decent marks and got admission here . Cutoff of this college is high so you have to prepare well for common university entrance test (CUET) after that you have to fill councelling therefore you can get admission accordingly to cutoff.

Placements aee not as much Good but they are average u have to more active in the groups to get the placement and the average package is around 5 6 lakh around percentage is not that Preety good around 40 get that

I got the admission through cut off list and it is very easy to get admission through cut off with no rounds and all college is good in faculty and teachers are very good in providing you with immense knowledge

A average package of fun

What I Liked

I like the gardens near the admin block the most a nice place to hangout and be there
I also like the sports facilities and grounds and basketball court a lot

What I didn’t like

There is no hostel which is very big con in itself
There is no auditoriums also which I really very basic

Campus placements are often provided for many courses and for our courses many journalists seeking companies and copywriting companies approach the campus giving a comparably good amount of package which can satisfy a intern and a newbie thud I have also seen many companies approaching our clg

Reviews for this college on collegedunia shiskha and many more websites were very positive and it was also in one of the top 10 colleges of Delhi University to pursue ba hons in political science for boys sooo these alll things basically attracted me towards this college ... And adding to it various vlogs online on YouTube made me think a lot about this college as the environment and diversified crowd is really unique and is also a important element to all DU colleges

Motilal Magical Mystery

What I Liked

The rooms in which classes are conducted of Political Science are fully air conditioned and Newly built. Campus is full of greeenry and blooming flowers
Teachers are really supportive and caring. They are communicative and friendly with the students

What I didn’t like

Everytime you have to carry your ID Card to get entry in the college otherwise it gets very difficult
Librarby is air conditioned but sitting is very less there.

Placement Experience:

There area lot of scope like Administrative Services Like IAS , Teaching, Political Media and Journalism and other scopes such as Political Analyst, Political Consultant, Political Advisor etc. This is a dynamic field and you can pursue your choices and interests

Remarks:

This college has a reputed and excellent Political Science Dept. It is one best dept in Colleges of South Campus. It has good and supportive teachers. The teachers are really experienced and nice. CUET is required to get admission here

What I Liked

The canteen food is very affordable as in 50 rs one can have lunch.
The teachers are not so strict they understand Students situation. Also the attendance part is also not so strict in our college especially there is lenencacy.

What I didn’t like

The classrooms of our college is not well developed. Mainly we can say the infrastructure of the college is not good.
We don't have auditorium, seminar hall . Also the canteen food is not good. The placements are not good.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is horrible. Since i am a 3rd year student going to complete my 5th sem in December there is no information of interhsips or placements by the college. One has to look around themseleves for their further carrier . I myself have done 1 intership and finding other on my own using apps like linkdin, indeed , internshala . The google shows average package of our college as 5lakh but it's not true not fall for the trap. Till now there is no singel placement for this session.

Remarks:

As this a government college under delhi university is the most important factor that made me choose this course. Yes one need to give CUET exam that is cbt test. One gets college according to their marks.

College Review for Motilal Nehru College

What I Liked

Affordable college fees with good brains and experienced and certified faculty. If we look at the monthly fees it's RS 2000 which is quite affordable for students coming from economically weak families.All the classrooms are well maintained with air conditioners and clean benches .
Hygienic and affordable food is available at the college canteen with subsided rates.Free drinking water and sanitation facility is available.The college is very spacious and can accomodate students in large amount.

What I didn’t like

Environment at the time of DUSU(Delhi University Students Union) is way too low and disturbing . Unmannerly and uncontrolled campaigning leads to nuisance, paper wastage, misleading of young minds and disturbs the normal routine functioning of the college.
Schedule of the college is not managed properly.There are long gaps between the lectures which leads to wastage of time of the students.Sometimes there is only one class per day which is not sustainable option for the students who commute for 2 3 long hours to reach the college . Also the classrooms are not equipped with smart boards .

Placement Experience:

There is no such placement cell for students from arts backgrounds. However, the college offers placement for technical courses like B com hons which ranges from 6 lpa to 8 lpa. Still, there are chances that students who pursue political science Hons and complete the course with an excellent CGPA can get jobs or internships at the embassy or in cabinet ministries.

Remarks:

The good aspect of my college is its connectivity to other places and also the college administration is very cooperative which made me choose this college. The admission process is very simple you just have to qualify for the cutoff in CUET (Common University Entrance Test) for this college. Once you appear in the exam DU(Delhi University) will conduct counselling rounds which they call CSAS( Common Seat Allocation System) and will allot the college on a merit basis. I Prepared for CUET with all my class 12 syllabus and NCERT Books. Moreover, mock tests were very beneficial in this regard. Also one can refer to the question banks that NTA(National Testing Agency) releases every year before conducting the examination.
