The placement cell at MIC wasn't that great. But still a lot of people did attend it and get a decent job. But most of the people I know have stuck to their craft and are working really well wherever they were placed.
Didn't get one via the College. I had to network between a lot of friends, seniors to find an internship. I opted for a graphic design internship after 2nd year which was pretty good and I learned a lot.

Read Full ReviewYes the college provides us campus placement. Well known companies also came for the placement like social panga, MSLS, Dentsu and etc. the package provided also was reasonable. The college also helped us with internship opportunities.
Yes I did the digital marketing internship. It was part of our summer internship and it was graded and i feel that was necessary because we learnt a lot from the internship. The college also helped with certain internship opportunities.

Various companies with good packages come for placements like Social Panga, The PRActice, etc. With pre-placement talks and workshops conducted by the college too. The internships that are mandatory in the academic curriculum make it easy for us to get work too
Yes, did an internship in an event management company called The Bigbee Experience where I handled corporate events for big companies, and doing another one with a PR company soon which I got through my college
Read Full ReviewCampus placement is offered but ultimately you have to look for jobs yourself. Job profiles offered are mainstream and may not be what you're looking for. No eligibility criteria. Few visited recruiters are Dentsu, AdFactors. Av package 21.5L Pa. My plans after getting the degree is looking for a job in Digital marketing in Fashion.
I completed an internship as social media manager of a travel agency in Wander Womaniya for 3 months. I found it by myself. There are compulsory internships in second and third year for 3 months. In the second year you will have to opt for a media project (magazine/broadcast journalism/business and finance) All projects differ. My project is magazine wherein I have to make a magazine of my choice by the end of the semester.
