What I Liked

My college is best in Bihar in terms of academics. You will experience a good campus life with a nice senior junior interaction.
Faculties are very well qualified regular classes are scheduled.

What I didn’t like

Currently the infrastructure is a bit struggling and it is under Renewation.
Lack of playing ground and free campus,.,.....

Placement Experience:

For job opportunity you need to first pass Mbbs with good marks then get enrolled in post graduate according to seats and eligibility in various department by clearing neet pg then you will get job opportunity.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship starts after completion of mbbs degree in this internship you will get rotation in all departments. You will get to examine patients. Task of interns is not too much hectic but you need to be punctual

What I Liked

As our college is 100 years olds it has some old buildings but under new development scheme new buildings are under construction with world class facilities to be completed by 2027. And after that pick patna will be worlds second largest hospital with approx 5300 beds.
Our college have strength of 200 MBBS seats per year With a 4.5 yr of course we have a compulsory internship of 1 yr with a stipend of 20k per month in different departments In medical as such no company visit your college as in engineering u have to compete for pg seat through neet pg

What I didn’t like

No extra curricular activities..........
Bad administration ...no proper time for particular work

Placement Experience:

Intership is their for 1 year after mbbs completion..... Inter are get 19000 per month for 1 year...... Their is placement in government hospital after internship Their package will start from 60000 and increasement is their in salary after some years

What I Liked

With new redevelopment project which is undergoing now our college will be world second largest hospital and best medical college.
Situated on that bank or holy river ganga u can always enjoy it's scenery bin different season

With compulsory internship u get to practice a lot It has alumni all over the world with 100 yrs of glorious history With a degree from this college u get a world wide recognition A good opportunity for research too not well developed although its good

Internships Opportunities:

No, I haven't opted for internship till now But in internship of 1 yr for MBBS degree u get to visit different department and lots of patients which gives u good experience in medice and also a handsome stipend of 20k per month

THE PLAN WOULD BE TO DO PG AFTER COMPLETING THE DEGREE. BUT DESPITE OF THAT THE DEGREE WOULD OFFER JOBS FROM VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS. THE AVERAGE SALARY IS QUITE NICE BUT STILL THE COMPETITION NEVER ENDS IN THE LIFE.

What I Liked

Legacy of the college.The college is 100 years old with a legacy of it's own.
Respect outside when you mention your college name.t

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure is old but it is already in renovation
Unavailability of a ground as of right now due to construction.

Placement Experience:

There is no such placement is MBBS. You complete the MBBS,then you go for internship and then prepare for PG exam. During internship the stipend is given to interns. The state quota is also available during Post graduation.

Patan medical college and hospital honest review

What I Liked

The best thing about the college is people you meet and the things they teach. The college has some of the best professors and doctors so you will have enough resources to grow.
The hospital have high footfall of patients, thus you will get to know and learn every kind of cases that is required or more than that. The college is located in the heart of the city so you get to enjoy the major city life thing.

What I didn’t like

The campus being under construction makes it a little messy
The campus needed a little upgradation which it is going under.

Placement Experience:

The MBBS course itself includes a one year compulsory internship. It is a very fulfilling time as you get to learn a lot. The hospital being the most oldest and reputed witnesses a vey high footfall and thus providing ample opportunities to learn and grow. Everyone would be ready to teach If you are interested. The monthly stipend is 20000 as of now during the internship.

Patna Medical College : A Heritage of Bihar

What I Liked

I like the faculty and the campus life in my college . The campus itself if very beautiful because of the Ganges ghats present alongside the college .
I also like the academics in my college as it consists of highly qualified and experienced doctors.

What I didn’t like

Since my college is under construction so I surely do not like the Infrastructure right now .
One more thing I would act is the lack of proper sports ground and facilities in my college .

Placement Experience:

We've an internship for one year after the completion of course which pays around 20,000/- per month . After that one can join any private hospital and get easily paid around 80,000/- per month for a 6 hours duty daily . Usually people go for NEET PG and to get a specialisation degree and after that once they enrol into PG courses they get paid around 1,00,000/- per month . I'm planning to pursue Radiology as a specialisation course after my MBBS.

Internships Opportunities:

We don't often have internships in our course before the completion of our degree . As soon as we're graduate we've to work as an intern in the same college from which we've graduated and get paid from the government.

Patna Medical College, a epitome of medical education.

What I Liked

It js a very sociable and friendly environment
PMCH has one of the best faculties in bihar.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is not good as the college is still under renovation
Exams can be delayed and classes timjng can get hectic at times.

Placement Experience:

College does not provide jobs but it's a well-known fact that it's not difficult to land a decent-paying job after having a degree in MBBS. A year compulsory internship is included in the curriculum of MBBS which provides a lot of exposure.

Internships Opportunities:

MBBS curriculum includes a one-year compulsory internship which offers a stipend of around 20k per month. It is increased every 3 years. The intern has to do quite a lot of paperwork in the hospital as assigned by the department or seniors.

What I Liked

Infrastructure , faculty and student amiable norms and seniors
Guidance of mentors and educators, timely term exams

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure that includes only hostel for me since it is being built up and not available for me during my term wish luck to my juniors
Attendance issues ,it is mandatory here to have 75%attendance otherwise you will face issue in being sent up for your term exams

Placement Experience:

Placement isvery highhere almost 60-80,000 per month in government hospitalsand 45,000 in private ones you can also open your own shop and can opt for further studies in countries like Australia and Denmark with government aid

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are offered in many private technician labs such as lal pathlabs and Lupin diagnostics and many more eye oriented companies but I didn't get enrolled in any such internships because of personal issues but trust me you will never sit idle here and have lack of money in your hands of you are purchasing your degree from here
