A short review on EWIT

What I Liked

Good marks is provided for internal examinations which makes it easy to maintain a good aggregate.
Teachers never tortured about attendance. They were chill if we were scoring well and keeping up with submissions of assignments and projects.

What I didn’t like

Poor placement opportunities. No good companies are approaching the college.
The syllabus is outdated. Skills that are not used today are thought.

Placement Experience:

Very poor placement opportunities. Some marketing jobs came across as placements for computer science students with the package of 3lpa. Just looking forward for off campus opportunities and applying jobs through job portals.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is like a course or a skill learning sessions provided by the college through VTU. No research/industry internship is provided. You need to find it on your own if you don't want to attend the one provided by the college.

What I Liked

Probably all was good I never felt something was bad ever it was upto my expectations so it didn’t bother me and I always took lunch so didn’t have much food in the canteen either so the campus life was pretty good

What I didn’t like

I don’t dislike anything as I didn’t expect much anything

Placement Experience:

There are only a few placement recruitments happening so there’s not much of chances and there’ll be rarely any chances so I prefer to go and attend the interviews and attend all the links which are sent by your teachers

Internships Opportunities:

Yes our college opted an internship from Anudip foundation and the other option was from the VTU board. So basically the internship was divided into option A which is VTU and ours was option B that is Anudip foundation

the college offers great oppurtunities for the growth

Placement Experience:

to be ensured in the placement cell there should be no backlogs and a descent CGP company like HP,WIPRO,INFOSYS,ACCENTURE,CONTENTALS,NVIDIA,MINDTREE,L&T,6D TECH More than 50% of students were getting placed my plan was MBA

Internships Opportunities:

i m personally have not done any internship during my course there was lockdown due to covid 19 in this college there are many options for internship in that many are paid internships in which u can get stipend upto 20000 and project is must for each and every student

What I Liked

college, campus, infrastructure and teaching
library, sports ground, canteen and campus outside

What I didn’t like

placements, irrgeular tests and unproper teaching
no extra facility for engineering students

Placement Experience:

i didnt get any placements there but for other courses like cs and is they got brilliant placements there almost everyone tried and get better jobs by placemnets, i just passed my course and choose my passion

Internships Opportunities:

i have done my internship in constrcition field as civil site engineer and its been done greatly and also we done the project by using bamboo piller by concrete, and also done some tasks in outside and get good results

What I Liked

Actually nothing. But some good memories.

What I didn’t like

Some faculty, some infrastructure. It would have been still good.

Placement Experience:

No placement from the college. I have applied my resume on apna and then I got a job. It was all our students efforts especially my ec branch classmates worked hard for themselves to get a job. There is no placement from our college for ec people.

Internships Opportunities:

I did internship on python and machine learning. It was karunadu technology located near chikbanavara. Who were providing so many intership on so many programming languages. They were good at teaching.

What I Liked

I liked the college campus with full green and more gardens and campus have with 0 carbon and great infrastructure amazing classrooms and labs are really very effective..
The faculties are very effective and efficient and experienced they teach skill based knowledge and the work is really good and college have greate library having every books . including coding skills and maxins, every subject textbook etc..

What I didn’t like

I dislike more about the campus placements and they offer low level companies for students and the companies offer low level package for the students...
I dislike one thing which is they give preference for fees they don't take worry about the student career development and they approach to students for paying fees ..

Placement Experience:

Our college has a low salary package and fewer campus placements, which was one of the bad feedback about my college, they offer very low-level companies for students and they offer 12LPA which is the highest package of our college, and the average 5LPA, and the lowest salary package is 3LPA.60 %students only were placed in every year. and need to learn more skills and training and technical skills development. and practical knowledge about the company. the companies will be Google Flipkart, amazon, Accenture, Wipro, Infotech, Infosys, TCS..etc.

Internships Opportunities:

I am in 2nd year the college will give the offer to do an internship as well in Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Infotech, TCS, and ITC they offer stipends from 15k-30k, and in the internship, they teach to do projects and they approach the projects and problems solving and analytical skills and technical skills, coding skills also the company usually offers data scientist and testing engineers role and software developer role DevOps role as well.

What I Liked

Cultural activities provides an opportunity for every student to showcase their talents in various aspects like drawing, painting, rangoli etc
Faculties provides all the support for the students that students needs to overcome the difficulties in their academics and encourages students to innovate their own ideas

What I didn’t like

Even though the college in huge and all with so many branches. They are so competitive over cultural fest and dislikes one another during that period of time.
Placements and not much appreciated since no big companies visit the college to recruit students and only start up companies visit more offen

Placement Experience:

The college has a good placement Rate. The college also has tie-ups with good technical Companies and offer internship opportunities and practical training opportunities for the students. The college also focuses on improving the skills of the students. Placement facilities are available for only professional courses. The college supports its students in every process. As per my knowledge, the average package of the students in professional courses is 10 lpa.

What I Liked

The best thing was CSE department and their labs
The second thing is it's playground. It was huge.

What I didn’t like

There is nothing to dislike but all I can say is canteen
The parking was also not so good. Very little space.

Placement Experience:

The is comparatively good. Lots of companies come every year to recruit fresh talent. They used to offer a good package. Various MNCs and startups used to hire student and college management provide a large number of opportunities.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, I have done 2 internships with 2 major companies or organizations. The internship opportunity is provided by the college where we can implement our 4 years of theoretical knowledge into the real world to get more knowledge.
