Reality of IET Lucknow.

Placement Experience:

Placement and job opportunities are there but companies like startups, approachea more to our college.. like TCS, WIPRO, HUMMINGWACE . They are mass recruiters which give annual package of 50000 maximum.

Remarks:

IET Lucknow is AKTU's top college which influenced me while it has good coding culture and exciting results of government exam by our seniors... Admission criteria is that you have to give JEE main exam and need to score more than 95 percentile for admission in cs branch... I have through self study..

What I Liked

My friends and the campus life here makes the college life worth living
The campus area isn't conjusted. It is large, green and there are large gardens.

What I didn’t like

The restrictions that makes me feel like I can't breathe here
As a girls, it's very difficult for me to find a clean and hygienic washroom

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is really active and improving with time. You can become a part of training and placement cell as a student and that's the best part. The performance of TNP is really improving with time.

Remarks:

It was just the affordability and my jee rank that made me choose this college. My rank was 50k approx. Being from general category, I couldn't get any good nit or iiit. So I choose this as this was a government college.

IET Lucknow experience and review

What I Liked

Infrastructure is good and decent you will like it
Campus Life is beautiful and the location is good

What I didn’t like

Faculties are less supportive and not good at analytics
The fest culture is boring as shauryotsava happened after 8 long years

Placement Experience:

On campus placement is average and if you good at coding you can go for off campus . In tech time is enough for coding due to less classes but in core it is little hectic. Some recruiters are Infosys, HCL , wipro, tcs ,Niaini, Genpact etc around 40-50 percent are placed by

The factors to choose this college is like it the best college among AKTU and location factor is always an advantage while the coding culture is pretty good among tech branches and the GATE aspirants are so many so overall a decent college at decent percentile

What I Liked

No i don't like the infrastructure and facilities of college.
It creates a very strong mental pressure.

What I didn’t like

I dislike everything about this college.
I don't like anything about this college.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for the placement is eight CGPA. The recruiter are amazon, adobe , de shaw and google which offer a package of fort lakhs per annum. The percentage of the students placed are 70 percent.

Remarks:

The good and the bad aspects of college is..it is the most affordable college but the mess food is not good. The admission process is very simple. With demand draft. I prepare for the round with the help of youtube.

Here's the review of my college.

What I Liked

I like the greenery in my college. The trees, the small plants.
Campus Life is ok in my college. If u explore all the corners of college u will like it.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the infrastructure that is made available to us.
The faculty is not so helpful in our college.

Placement Experience:

You need to have atleast 7.5 cgpa or more than that for placement. Highest package was 5 lakh and average package was 3 lakh offered by the companies in our college. 60% of students get placed in our college.

Remarks:

There were various factors that made me choose this college like it is top aktu college of uttar pradesh. To get admission into this college for btech course, you need to qualify jee mains exam or cuet exam.

Crisp and Honest Review

What I Liked

coding culture and seniors support in skill development.
Campus is good having sports complex for the games.

What I didn’t like

Course Cirrculum and lack of practical learning.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college are average having 6 - 8 LPA Avg. package. Highest package can goes Up to 50lpa - 1.2cr. Lowest package can be 3.6 - 4 LPA. Internship opportunity started to be given from the end of 2nd year.

Remarks:

I choose this college due to several things - : The coding culture is good, having Coding club Fractal where students can learn and compete at good level in online competitions globally. : The location lucknow is good for the exposure.

What I Liked

College surroundings and hostels infrastructure
College independency this College independently conducts there exams

What I didn’t like

Campus life is not good and not a good canteen
No events and fest will take place the fest will always take place upto college level

Nowadays skills matter for placements if you have good skills then you easily get placed In my college placement criteria is not good very less number of students got placed average package is about 5 lpa

Remarks:

I got this college from my jee percentile and before admission I know that this is one of the best college of aktu and it is also top first college of uttar pradesh For my branch that is CSE-AI the cutoff is 96 percentile in JEE MAINS

Most Honest and Desciptive Review By VATSAL

What I Liked

College Campus life is amazing especially evening and night time.
College classes and teachers are extremely supportive

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is not upto the mark as expected.
Boys hostel are extremely worst.Not good at all.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placement is 6+ cgpa. Few visited recruiters are paypal , phone pe ,paytm, ibm ,tcs. Highest package - 47 lpa by titan Lowest package - 3.8 lpa by tcs Around 80% students gets placed in CS

Remarks:

Good aspects are that It has descent culture and placements and if you study hard you can easily avail good placement. Admission procedure was quite hectic , I qualified through JEE and My CRL rank was 41926.

Wanna go for IIT come to IET...

What I Liked

Campus is very good and we can roam around there any time.
Technical supports are there for you at any time you need.

What I didn’t like

Campus is big but the campus is very old and need to maintenance.
Teacher are very rude and boring as they did not create interest in topic.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria from the college is if you have no back you can set if the companies allow you at your CGPA. The companies like TCS , WIPRO, IBM , ect visit our college. Highest package offer in our college is around 47LPA. Around 60- 70% students get placed every year.

Remarks:

In our college students come for admission as it sound like IIT's that is IET. I have chosen this college for the location as well as infrastructure. But the placement scene is not good at on campus. But with a little efforts can get good placement. I have basically given JEE MAINS exam for the counselling process and then i get admission.

My college my feedback

What I Liked

Campus life is amazing we can independently roam in the campus without any fear in free time.
College Infrastructure is also so amazing.

What I didn’t like

Washrooms are some what not clean and maintained.
The facility of the canteen is not very bad. There is only small canteen which jas limited food items for the student.

Placement Experience:

Placement and job opportunities are given to all student, through email we had informed for the upcoming companies and we can fill details if wish to apply from google form link provided by the institute.

Remarks:

For admission i had gone through spot counselling by takong their entrance exam. Other students who have given cuet pg or gate exam qualified student can also enroll for the course. Gate student are provided with their montly 12000 stipend.
