Good maintainance and hygienic food are the main reasons that made me to choose the college. But one thing which I don't like in the college is there won't be any cultural activities and no mobiles are allowed inside college premises

The reason I chose this college was due to it's excellency in placements, but last year due to recession the placement performance was really pure. The college is really strict with lots of old school restrictions like no phone, no communication with the opp sex and a lot. Apart from these the college is top notch when it comes to hygiene and discipline as well as the food quality is through the roof. The hostel feels the same as when Son Wu Kong imprisoned subdued under the mountains for 500 years by Buddha.

Food, campus and the faculties The food at RMK is soo good. The campus will make you fall in love. And the faculties are good. There won't be any test before joining the college but you need to have some cut off for joining a course which vary depending on the course

The main factor I've chosen this college is because they have a good standard of education with highly qualified professors. They also have a good infrastructure on the premises. The track record of the placement selection was too good at the of 80 percent selection year on year. Another reason for which I've selected this college is my school teacher who has a good impression of the college suggested I take part in RMK while I had quite a lot of options I've opted for RMK for the reasons that it has the best in class teaching and placement record. There aren't any group discussions interviews or written tests for admission as I have got the admission through Anna University Counseling on the Merit Basis through the 12 marks I've obtained. The cut-off required varies depending upon the caste they belong to. The minimal cut-off required amounts to 189 to 197. They also have some strict restrictions as to the discipline in usage of mobile phones , dress etc.

Nice college, a good environment, experienced faculties, tasty food, breakfast and lunch, and tea will be provided, no own vehicles allowed, no food items allowed inside the campus, there are more placements opportunities, and both counseling and management were available for admission.

This is One of the top engineering colleges in Chennai so i choose this college / we need to have a decent cut-off to join this college the course fees vary for various courses you choose according to your Choice

I applied counseling which was a way to get into engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu which is TNEA. Through counseling, I got a general quota fee structure which was 40% less than the management quota. I chose this college mainly because of the discipline and the placements they are providing. For the people who love cultural and other events, this college might not be the right place. But if your only focus is on studies and placements you can surely select this college. For the counseling, the marks or percentage required differs for each course. A minimum of 175 to 180 marks is required for getting average courses and 185 is required for highly demanded courses for general quota students.
