The main reason I choose this course(ECE) because of my low percentile but believe me branch really dosen't matters because an non-IT branch student can also seat in IT interview skills matters . The teaching faculty is average like any other college , But The interesting part is the syllabus since shah and anchor is autonomous there is literally no writing part outside the college (Written work is inside the college only) , in each semister there is only 3-4 core subject(Mechanics, Physics, BEE) with only 4 module each subject compare to the other colleges in Mumbai which comes under Mumbai university(Mine is affiliated with Mumbai university but dosen't follow syllabus of Mumbai university) have 6 core subjects and 6 modules per subject and so many assignment . Shah and anchor college become Autonomus in 2024

It's great. The department helps a lot in academics and is very supportive. They bring different opportunities for students including different internships and conduct many seminars n events leading to development of students.

The college was affiliated to Mumbai University while I was studying, so the textual curriculum was a bit verbose and less practical, but a few of the faculties tried their best to make it practical and updated. Apart from that student bodies like IEEE, IETE etc used to conduct weekly workshop on relevant skills that made students industry ready. We used to follow a setup where there were 2 Unit Tests and one Final Semester(university led) and before final semesters we used to have practical exams and viva where an external faculty would evaluate the performance. Unit Tests were medium to difficult for some subjects and final semesters were easy to difficult as most of the questions used to come from past year papers

The faculty members are highly qualified and holding advanced degrees in their respective fields, some teacher are excellent in explaining concept. I chose this course because of interest in Electronics and Computer Science , as it offers blend of both software and hardware knowledge, opening diverse career opportunities.

The curriculum was of mumbai university although the college has turned autonomous now. The subjects are somewhat outdated but give a good learning of basic concepts. There were biyearly exams and 2 unit tests alongwith practicals.

I chose this course because i had an interest in engineering and honestly i was told it'll be good money later on. Most faculty members hold advanced degrees like M.Tech or Ph.D. in their respective fields. Several professors have significant industry experience, which adds value to their teaching. The lectures are Interactive and has a practical approach to them. We have one midsem and one endsems and there is Continuous assessments taken in lectures.

College Have a effecient course curriculum and helpful faculty to get you through this entire journey of engineering. Best part is that sakec also have a free theoripest which i think is must needed for students who are pursuing engineering. They will assign you to a personal mentor who will be with you throughout the 4 years of engineering.

Information technology is one of the good course to choose for also all the other courses are better too but I personally choose to compelete my bachelor in Information technology. As it interests me more.

In my opinion they are trying their best to not make us feel tired of the course as it is just the beginning but the timing of the college which is 9 to 5 is very very tiresome for people updowning from farther places like dombivli and ulhas nagar.

ai & ds is popular at current time that's the reason which i choose this course in my opinion qualification of faculty is less with less knowledge about their domain and subject but not all faculty are like that
