Remarks :
As per my knowledge you can get admission in shah and anchor college by giving JEE and MHTCET(PCM) . If you concept of boards is clear you can easily clear MHTCET with around 90-98 percentile for scoring above than that you will have to put some extra effort . I got to heard about Shah and Anchor college from my Neighbour , He said under 95 percentile Shah and anchor is the best college , because at this percentile There is only one Autonomus college it has its own syllabus
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason I choose this course(ECE) because of my low percentile but believe me branch really dosen't matters because an non-IT branch student can also seat in IT interview skills matters . The teaching faculty is average like any other college , But The interesting part is the syllabus since shah and anchor is autonomous there is literally no writing part outside the college (Written work is inside the college only) , in each semister there is only 3-4 core subject(Mechanics, Physics, BEE) with only 4 module each subject compare to the other colleges in Mumbai which comes under Mumbai university(Mine is affiliated with Mumbai university but dosen't follow syllabus of Mumbai university) have 6 core subjects and 6 modules per subject and so many assignment . Shah and anchor college become Autonomus in 2024
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't tried to opt for any internship science I am in my first year , But yeah there is internship opportunities but I think it's for 3rd an 4th Year Student , The students who do the internship some of them do it for free and some of them get paid .
Placement Experience :
I actually don't know the the eligibility criteria for placement but i think throughout you should maintain a certain CGPA I think it's above 7 well it actually depends on the company how much minimum CGPA is required it depends on company to company. Recently TATA and Wipro visited our college such companies give average pacakage of 3-8 lac. The highest package is 32 lac .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The overall fees for first year B.TECH(all branches) in general category is 160472rs . The fees gets lower with the category like SC /ST / OBC, or you can avail scholarship if you are from general category for this scholarship you should have domicile of Maharashtra and your father income should be less than 8 lac and you will be eligible for EBC scholarship in which your Tution fees become half(only Tution fees), And i had applies for EBC scholarship so my overall fees was 94272rs, If you are an OBC candidate your fees is also 94272rs, For SC/ST candidate the overall fees is 8929rs , If any girl is from general category and she meets the scholarship criteria her fees would be 28115 . And for Jammu and Kashmir migrants the fees would be 49005rs , And for Tution fees wavier seats (TFWS) seat the fees would be 28115rs.
Campus Life :
Shah and anchor college conducts fest in the month of February named Pratistha It consist of 10-15 days which include Olympus a Sport event , and many artistic competition like singing , Dancing . And the last day there is Dj night the best day of Pratisthta In college there is seceratory for each purpose like technical seceratory, sports seceratory, placement seceratory and many more . The library has almost every book , the library updates its journal every week

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
