They conduct a fest named Velan Thiruvizha every year in January month and it is very famous in Coimbatore. The hostel is not worth the fees mentioned. They will not give books to study you have to get them from the library only. There is a dance club, step up but they will be allowed to dance only when there are any fests.

Campus life is not too good or too bad its average one if you engage yourself in any of the clubs you will be provided OD and get to work in the events. Cultural events are rare but the flagship event of sri shakthi is velan thiruvila which is pongal festival. The library is too small that only can accommodated around 150 ppl at a time.

Infrastructure are not pretty good and it is average and they give importance on extracurricular activities and sports if you are interested in the every activities and the late evening trainings will being occured daily

Velaan thiruvizha is a trademark festival conducted during pongal. Kalam is a technical event conducted around March. Annual day and sports day are conducted every year. Onam celebration is conducted during onam.

There will be an event on January beginning named "velaan thiruvizha" on behalf of Pongal and farmers....our college is well known for this event...the 2nd day we will have bull race etc.amd we will have "kalam" fest in the middle of april

Library is very good and quiet which is really good in terms of learning . They yearly conduct Annual day and inter college cultural events like KALAM which is really famous throughout the town. Our college is good in sports as they have achieved good records. The students also have clubs like rotract and stepup club to bring their leadership and cultural abilities.
