Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Science, or AITS, was established in 2010 by the Annamacharya Educational Trust in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. It is affiliated with the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. It is approved by the AICTE and NBA. It is also graded ‘A’ by NAAC. AITS Kadapa offers BTech and MTech courses at the UG and PG levels respectively. In 2023, AITS Ranking by The Week was 115th out of 131 engineering colleges.

AITS offers BTech as its flagship program. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The final selection is based on the AP EAMCET exam score. AITS Cutoff for AP EAMCET 2024 for General Category BTech admission ranges from 59449 - 175298. AITS fees for BTech is INR 2.27 lakhs for all specializations.

AITS Placements 2023 concluded with 136 students getting placed in the BTech department. The highest CTC offered was INR 4.5 LPA by Legato. 313 students were placed in DXC Technology with a package of INR 4.2 LPA. Some of the recruiters include Wipro, Justdial, HCL, TATA Consultancy, Hyundai, Hitachi, Infosys, Aspire, CSS Corp, Cynient, etc.
