I got admission in decent college.

What I Liked

The faculty which are there in the college are very helpful in our project work
I got some best friends in my life which I think will be friends throughout my life because of this campus.

What I didn’t like

The college infrastructure doesn't have any ground to play sports and there is no motivation provided by sports professor.
The campus is too small and the machinary it is having is also too old.

Placement Experience:

There is placements going on in my college and till now there are few companies came ut they didn't hire any one. But from last year's stats there was 73% placement according to placement department. Mathco, Delta x and Eleation companies visited the college.

Internships Opportunities:

No, I haven't opted for placement because there is specifically 8th sem given by college to do internship. I have done a project based on footstep power generation using piezoelectric sensors. Here we created the circuit in which sensors are there which will detect pressure by footstep and generate electricity for shorter period of time.

What I Liked

faculty is good understanding and kind to students
library has many books.. wide range of collections

What I didn’t like

placement is the only dislike i feel about the college

Placement Experience:

placements are really very good.. many company comes but package is very less compared to all other college..companies for ece is less.. TCS infosys, wipro, mathco etc around 15 students got placed as of now. average is 4 lakhs.. highest is 5 60% percentage of getting placed

Internships Opportunities:

i have opted internship from vtu taken vlsi course it is very good and worth it... company is rooman technologies biometric is taken everyday from 8 to 5 using nsdc portal.. no stipend made many projects of integrating software hardware which gave efficient output

What I Liked

It's easy to commute as there is a metro station near the college.
College life is not that stressful as long as you do your work.

What I didn’t like

The campus is really small compared to other colleges in bangalore.
Campus life can be pretty bland if you don't find people to talk to.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not really good in this college. Most eligible students get hired in bulk and some people although rarely manage to crack a package around 10lpa. Most hiring companies are TCS, Bosch, Capgemini, Cognizant etc. Not many student get placed so many people try off-campus or proceed with higher studies.

Internships Opportunities:

We're offered one internship through the college but that usually happens at the end of the second year or at third year. As far as I know, it's an unpaid internship. The faculty suggests some courses or projects we can do in the first two years of the college before providing us with an internship.

KSIT - Okish Collage for Engg. Just go if no options at the time.

What I Liked

Infrastructures was good, nice classrooms and other facilities.
Teaching and Non Teaching staff are mostly friendly.

What I didn’t like

Campus is too small and cannot enjoy collage life
Worst canteen and food inside campus, even staff go outside
Placement and It's department is worst. Have no sense of wat they are doing.

Placement Experience:

Worst at its peak. As every others collage at this time. Less to no recruitment or placement. As of when I studied. Some people were placed from other branches other fields.Dont except placement just search yourself.

A decent college for a decent student.

What I Liked

I really like the library and they quadrangle. Other than this the love facilities are really good but we don't get much time to go on work in lab
The faculties in my department where good but they were not great but that is fine I don't have any problem I cleared all the exams in one attempt and I have to thanks all the professors who made this possible.

What I didn’t like

The campus life is something I don't like because it doesn't feel like a college life it's like a student going to school he can't set 9 and leaves at 4 there is nothing much does other than attending all the classes and labs. Not even the sports the sports day he is only once in a year
I don't like this policies in the library they are for you only few books not all the books that are present in the library. The reason being is most of the required books are the ones that they don't allow you to take with you other than those boobs you can take other books for 2 weeks and you can return them after the time is over.

Placement Experience:

When it comes to the placements in my college most of the companies that is 90% are related to information technology companies very rarely a company related to electronics or any other department other than computer science visits my college when I graduated somewhere around 80 to 90 companies visited or campus and they Hyatt somewhere around 400 to 500 people most of them had just one to 10 people a very few companies hired more than 20 people if you are a computer science student maybe you have a better chance but if you are from mother department it is really hard when it comes to placements I personally got my job offer of the campus as I am not related to computer science.

Internships Opportunities:

No there won't be any internships or anything like that most of the companies come in the end of the third year or throat the 4th year for hiring and they just offer your full time role not the internships there are some companies which they offered training for 6 months which type and which eventually converts to a full time if you are good enough for them but when you consider tier 1 colleges I can say that it's not even want person talk what the teir one gets

What I Liked

Infrastructure: They have quite descent labs for all the subjects.
Campus life : All the clubs keep coming up with some or the other events.

What I didn’t like

Sports opportunities: They have very limited opportunities for sports they don't have any dedicated ground floor any of the sports
Faculty: They keep changing the faculty very oftenly

Placement Experience:

They provide decent opportunities for placements. If you are good enough you'll have a decent job for yourself. Maybe for my batch the whole job market is down the placement percentage has fallen even in IITs. So it may be different for other batches

Internships Opportunities:

Though doing an internship is mandatory in the 4 year course the college does not provide any opportunity for internships. But, some companies that come for placements offer you an internship first and then based on your performance they offer you a job.

Welcome to the life of Engineering

What I Liked

Faculties,Friends and the various club activities
They do conduct sports championship and it's has a wide access to transportation starting from metro which is beside the college and BMTC too

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure could have been big.......
The canteen has to be upgraded to the present standards

Placement Experience:

The placements and job opportunities are pretty good or decent U can't expect a high package of 30-40L We have many companies that come and recruit under campus placements and as usual one can't depend on college completely for placements Campus placements will take place Along with that one should also try for placements outside

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are available in our college but I haven't opted it yet But here also u can't depend on college for internships For good placements it's better that one does internship from outside also

Views about ksit

What I Liked

The campus is right next to the metro on mainroad , there would be no problem for the transport
The faculties are not that good but better than many colleges

What I didn’t like

First of all the campus is very small and got no ground
No fest no extracurricular activities and got no place for sports

Placement Experience:

We are placed when we clear all the papers and with some extra skills, only the college studies don't work, we should do some extra courses and internships. The college has decent packages, and we should have done at least 3 internships before we pass

Internships Opportunities:

Right now I'm in 4 sem I haven't done any internships I'm concerned about my building skills. Without any skills, it's very difficult to get an internship. With good skills and a good resume will get good internships with stipends
