The official Fest of NIA is "MANTHAN" and it is conducted from Jan- Feb. The " MANTHAN " is 2 Days in which near about 2000 students from various management colleges participate in near about 20 events, such as Solo singing, Solo dance, Group dance, Roadies, Treasure Hunt, and many more. The Library at NIA is Asia's one of the best library of insurance with all the books related to Insurance and Management. Classrooms in NIA have Digital projectors and a good seating arrangement. NIA provides good sports facilities such as a Badminton Court, Table tennis court, Cricket Ground, Basketball Court, and many more. NIA also provides a Gym Facility, Swimming pool facility, Steam Bath, and many more. Hostels in NIA are very good as there is daily cleaning of rooms, High security, and 24*7 availability of Both Hot and Cold water. Also, there is the availability of Electricity.

Life at National Insurance Academy Pune is very good as there are 32 acres of lush green campus. There are a lot of features that take place like Manthan - This is the biggest fest in National Insurance Academy Pune. In which there is a lot of competition which includes debate, parliament competition, stall, dance singing, treasure hunt, Roadies...etc. all this competition and in rewards there is cashback provided. There is sports week which includes a lot of games like kabaddi,kho kho, football, basketball, cricket, Carrom, chess...etc. There are a lot of committees which run by students under the guidance of professors. Hostel and food quality is also very good.

Manthan is the flagship event that happens every year. In February. Colleges across India participate and compete. Festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Shiv Jayanti, Diwali, Holi, and Christmas are celebrated. This keeps the curriculum healthy keeps students active and helps in socializing. Sports Week is held in January every year, it pushes students to showcase their talent and skills, not just physical but mental skills. There are many committee's which are formed to handle these kinds of activities. There's also an entrepreneur and innovation committee. The Library of NIA has a whopping versatile collection of books. To get a hostel one has to be on the merit list. Allocation is based solely on merit. Hostel is the cheapest option as the food quality and stay is good. Since Balewadi is an expensive area, rent outside is quite high. Pgs are available near the college.

NIA is a vibrant green campus. The life here is very peaceful. There are various clubs and committees. Every student has to be the part of any one committee. NIA's annual fest (MANTHAN) is coming back on 22nd Feb 2025. The library is also very helpful. We also have a sports event once a year called eklavya. HR summit - September - this event brings onboard the top CHROs of the nation to discuss workplace ethics and human rights. Manthan - January - cultural events - this is a two-day fest that arranges almost 30 events in an inter-college competition. The competition rates the best manager, event manager, and product development, and also judges various skills in dancing, singing, and drama. The college also hosts Asia's largest insurance library. The college also has excellent gym and sports facilities with a swimming pool and badminton court. There are numerous clubs where students can participate and enhance their skills.
