Yes I have got my internship in an Insurtech company. I got placed in Day 1. My role is business analyst. There are many good companies that give us offer like hdfc ergo, tata aig, sbi life, mahindra brokers, marsh brokers.
There is no eligibility criteria. Everybody gets to fill the interest form and then the company itself gives you the shortlisted for the further rounds. Nia has the record of 100% placement since it's inception.

NIA is a vibrant green campus. The life here is very peaceful. There are various clubs and committees. Every student has to be the part of any one committee. NIA's annual fest (MANTHAN) is coming back on 22nd Feb 2025. The library is also very helpful. We also have a sports event once a year called eklavya. Students can go through nia.official in instagram.
You have to be on the merit list if u want to get the hostel as there is limited availability. Food quality is okish. But hostel facility are very nice. Even if you need a pg outside, there are many affordable options available nearby.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
