- Some Faculties dont teach good even though they have expertise
- Have strict regulations regarding few things like- Hostel timings can ease that down
Remarks :
The good things about the college are 100% placement with good ROI, Great and experienced teaching staff with good knowledge about Insurance and Management subjects. Colleges do not enough focus on promotion. Eligibility of course is you should have a graduation degree in any stream and should have a certain minimum percentage of marks in it. All information related to admission forms, fees, and dates is given on the college website. Reservation benefits are there for OBC and ST castes. CAT, XAT, and CMAT are the exams one can take to get admission here where CAT being the toughest and CMAT being the easiest. Clear information regarding dates and cutoffs should be provided. They took online interviews. Interview questions were general not very hard. They asked me about hobbies, college background, why NIA, what is your understanding of Insurance, etc. I prepared for that by making my notes with the help of YouTube.
Course Curriculum Overview :
During my graduation I got to know about NIA, Pune while I was preparing for my MBA. After well knowing about NIA I decided to choose NIA. The faculty are industry veterans and with deep experience in senior management roles in the insurance sector. They are very student-friendly as well and always present to help students by clearing their doubts. The best faculty of Pune and Mumbai are invited for guest lectures. There are 6 trimesters conducted in 2 years with 2 months Summer Internship. Difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
I have been selected for Kshema General Insurance as an intern for 2 months in January. We have been offered 22k as a stipend Kshema mainly deals with agriculture hence their projects are mainly concerned with agriculture and allied branches.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
