- 32 acres lush green campus. Infrastructure and faculty is quite good. Campus life is very excellent as there is facility related to gym, swimming and different types of sports are provided.
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike about college. Only thing is that schedule is very hectic.
Remarks :
As insurance sector is booming sector nowadays and there are a lot of opportunities in this sector as insurance company provides a lot of roles in the company from marketing, and HR to underwriting and claim processing. The campus of National Insurance Academy Pune is very good with 32 acres of lush green campus. During admission, there is a Group discussion followed by personal interviews in offline and online modes. Cutoff depends on category and admission is given based on CMAT, CAT, and XAT exams. For this round, I take advice from seniors and also take references from websites.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As the insurance sector is the most booming there are a lot of opportunities in this sector. Qualification of faculty is a Ph.D. in marketing, the insurance sector. The teaching method is also very good as they are from the insurance sector they provide practical knowledge from the insurance sector into the academic sector. Exams are taken in 6 semesters and the level of examination is medium to difficult level. The fee is about 953000 and it includes books also They provide books at this cost. The course curriculum is very excellent as there is an insurance lecture also with a touch of pure MBA. As there is a touch of marketing, HR, and organization.
Internships Opportunities :
I got an internship in Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited Company with a stipend is about 35000 per month and this internship is about 2 months. For that internship, I got a Department of Motor Insurance Service Provider. A Motor Insurance Service Provider (MISP) acts as a bridge between car dealerships, insurance companies, and car owners, specifically about motor insurance policies. Here's a breakdown of their key responsibilities: **Distribution & Sales** * Recommend and sell motor insurance policies to car buyers at dealerships [IRDAI Guidelines on Motor Insurance Service Providers] * Explain different policy options, coverage details, and exclusions to customers * Help choose the right plan based on the car and the customer's needs **Servicing Existing Policies** * Assist policyholders with policy renewals * Facilitate changes or modifications to existing policies (add-ons, coverage adjustments) * Guide customers through the claim process in case of accidents
Placement Experience :
There is a 100 %placement offer provided. Eligibility is that students have to qualify for assessment tests taken by the college. There are a lot of recruiters which includes Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited HDFC ERGO ICCLombard Jai Brokers Chubb Marsh Tata During internship, they provide stipends and the highest and lowest package is about 22 lakh and the lowest package is about 7 lakh.
Campus Life :
Life at National Insurance Academy Pune is very good as there are 32 acres of lush green campus. There are a lot of features that take place like Manthan - This is the biggest fest in National Insurance Academy Pune. In which there is a lot of competition which includes debate, parliament competition, stall, dance singing, treasure hunt, Roadies...etc. all this competition and in rewards there is cashback provided. There is sports week which includes a lot of games like kabaddi,kho kho, football, basketball, cricket, Carrom, chess...etc. There are a lot of committees which run by students under the guidance of professors. Hostel and food quality is also very good.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
