Who is Eligible to Fill NEET SS Application Form 2025?
- You must possess a postgraduate degree in MD/MS/DNB or equivalent from a recognised university/college.
- If you have a provisional pass certificate or will complete your post graduation before September, 2025, that is, before the cut offs come out, you will be eligible to apply.
- You must be registered with the State Medical Council (SMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI)

How to Register and Fill NEET SS Application Form 2025?
NBE has created a very smooth and easy registration process for NEET superspeciality courses registration. Have a look below:
STEP 1: Online NEET SS Registration
- Go to the official website of NEET SS 2025
- Click on ‘New Registration’ link
- Fill in personal details such as name, email address, phone number and password.
- Click on ‘Submit tab’
- A confirmation email bearing your application ID and password will be emailed to you.
STEP 2: Filling the Application Form
- After successful registration, go to the candidate portal at
- Login using your application ID and password
- Go to the ‘NEET application form 2025 tab’ and start filling the form.
- You will be asked to fill in the personal details such as parents name, address, category and other identity related details.
- Additionally, you will also be required to provide educational qualification details such as your grades in UG, PG as well as SMC/MCI registration details.
- Lastly, your preference of NEET SS test centre will be asked.
STEP 3: Uploading Documents
- After carefully providing all the details required, you will be required to upload the scanned copies of the photograph, signature and thumb impressions as per the guidelines and specifications mentioned.
STEP 4: Paying NEET SS Application Fees
- Once the entire form is filled and reviewed, you can proceed to pay the form fees.
- You have to do an online payment using UPI/Debit card/Credit Card
- NEET SS 2025 form fees is likely to be INR 4,250 for all categories.
STEP 5: Download NEET SS application form
- You should download the form in PDF format and get it printed to be used during the exam process.

As there are instances of mistakes while filling the form, NBE provides NEET SS form correction facility to rectify this by opening the form correction window for 2-3 days. Through this you will be allowed to make necessary edits. However, some of the information cannot be changes and are as follows:
