SRMJEEE Registration and Phase Dates

The SRM application portal currently identifies its B.Tech form as the 2026 application. It should not be used as confirmation that 2027 registration has opened.

SRMJEEE 2026 had three phases, with a separate application and fee for each phase. Taking all phases was optional. The previous schedule was:

A candidate could apply for a later phase even after taking an earlier one, subject to that phase’s deadline. The separate applications also meant that paying for Phase 1 did not pay the fee for Phase 2 or Phase 3.

Who Can Fill the SRMJEEE Form?

The following conditions describe 2026 admission. Resident Indian applicants used the regular application route. NRI, PIO and OCI applicants were directed to the international application.

For the standard B.Tech route, the permitted third subject included Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics or the specified Botany/Zoology route. The 60% condition applied to the required three-subject combination, rather than an overall percentage across every Class 12 subject.

Candidates had to be at least 16 years and 6 months old on 31 July of the calendar year in which their Class 12 board examination was held. The 2026 FAQ also limited the gap after Class 12 to three years.

SRM University AP and Sonepat use their own eligibility conditions. Selecting a campus in the common application does not remove those programme and campus checks.

How to Fill the SRMJEEE Application Form

1. Register with your name, email address and mobile number.
2. Complete email verification and sign in.
3. Enter personal, address and academic details, using the Class 10 record for the requested registration information.
4. Select the phase and enter the campus/programme preferences requested in the form.
5. Upload the photograph and signature.
6. Pay the application fee and save the completed application and payment details.

The registered email address could not be changed. Use an address you can access throughout application, counselling and enrolment. A valid payment record also matters if the portal takes time to update its status.

The campus and programme preference collected at application was for statistical purposes. The actual choice was made during counselling, based on rank and available seats. An application preference was therefore not a seat allotment.

SRMJEEE Application Fee

The 2026 application fee was INR 1,400 for each phase and was non-refundable. Payment options included debit card, credit card, UPI and net banking.

The two-phase and three-phase amounts are the sum of separate application fees. They are not a combined application product or an admission fee. Counselling payments and course tuition are separate charges.

If an amount has been deducted but the portal still shows payment pending, allow the stated 24 hours or raise a technical query through the application portal. Keep the transaction reference, payment time and application number available.

Documents and Details to Keep Ready

Enter names and academic details consistently with your records. For a subject-based percentage, calculate the required subject combination before entering it. For example, marks in an unrelated fifth subject cannot automatically replace a required Physics or Mathematics mark.

The exact image file limits belong to the application form for that cycle. A photograph-size requirement from an older form should not be treated as a confirmed 2027 upload rule.

Application Corrections and Login Problems

The SRM FAQ directs corrections to the Form Correction category in the query system. Describe the field that is wrong and the correct value. A request should be tied to the existing application so that the team can identify the record.

For payment or portal problems, use the technical-query category. The login offers password recovery and OTP options. Use the email or mobile number registered with the application when recovering access.

The admissions helpdesk listed for the exam is 080 6908 7000, and the admissions email is admissions.india@srmist.edu.in. Include the application number in a query, but do not send your account password.

After Submitting the Application

The next exam-stage steps are slot booking, hall-ticket download, the official mock and the main test. In the 2026 process, the hall ticket became available after a slot was booked.

SRMJEEE used a remote-proctored desktop/laptop test. Read the paper structure and navigation rules before the mock: moving ahead from a question did not allow a return to it in the Phase 1 interface.

After the rank is declared, students make their actual campus and programme choices in the SRMJEEE counselling process. Admission still depends on academic eligibility, rank, choices and the available seats.
