SRMJEEE Result and Rank Card

SRM publishes the result through the admission account. Sign in using the registered credentials, choose the relevant phase and open the rank-card option. Save the result and check that the candidate and application details belong to you.

The rank is used in the admission process. A practice score or an unofficial marks-to-rank estimate is not a replacement for that rank. The latest published paper has 130 marks; converting marks into a percentage does not produce a rank.

The 2027 result date has not been announced. The steps and payment examples in this article describe the 2026 admission process.

What Happens After the Rank Is Declared?

Counselling was conducted separately for each phase. Students used the online admission portal to follow the programme-choice and allotment instructions for their phase.

The campus/course preference entered at application was only statistical. The actual choice during counselling mattered for admission. Select the exact campus, programme and specialisation after checking academic eligibility and fees.

The university allocated programmes using the entrance rank, qualifying-examination requirements and available seats. A rank card did not itself confirm a seat. The cutoff and scholarship criteria also need the correct campus and phase context.

Counselling and Allotment Steps

1. Sign in to the online admission portal.
2. Complete the phase’s programme-choice instructions and check the allocation.
3. Accept an offered programme if you wish to take it.
4. Pay the required counselling and registration amount within the deadline.
5. Download the Provisional Allotment Letter after payment.
6. Pay the balance tuition fee and complete online enrolment as directed.

An accepted allocation and a completed payment are separate records. Keep the payment reference and check the portal receipt. The Provisional Allotment Letter, or PAL, becomes available after the counselling payment.

Missing the counselling-payment deadline can cancel an allotment. The balance-fee deadline is another requirement; paying only the first amount does not complete every admission payment.

Counselling Fee and Balance Tuition

The following amounts are from 2026 Phase 1 Round 2. They illustrate the registration and tuition components of the initial payment.

The registration amount was one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable. The INR 1,00,000 counselling amount formed part of tuition. It was not the full fee for the degree.

The 2026 manual listed programme allocation and the first payment from 2 June to 8 June, with balance tuition due 15 June. Those were deadlines for that specific round, not a 2027 schedule.

Use the amount and payment instructions attached to your actual allocation. The manual’s payment-account format varied with the allotted campus and application number; copying another student’s payment details would not identify your own admission.

Eligibility Checks Before Fee Payment

These are 2026 SRMIST conditions. For the standard route, the 60% aggregate is calculated using the required three subjects. Biology-based programmes have specific combinations, and students without Mathematics may need the first-year Mathematics course.

Candidates who studied outside India and NRI/PIO/OCI applicants should check the international-admission route. The counselling manual warned that a domestic-category admission could be moved to the international category at enrolment when the international rules applied.

SRM AP and Sonepat have separate institutional eligibility details. Check the actual institution before accepting an offer under a common examination name.

Records to Keep for Admission

Resolve a mismatch in name, application identity or payment status before relying on the record. Use the application portal’s query system or the admissions helpdesk,08069087000, with the application number and relevant reference.
