To be eligible for admission candidates must fulfil the following criteria:-

  • Candidates with valid JRF/GATE scores are eligible to apply.
  • NET/SET qualified candidates are eligible to apply under Category 2 (Assistant Professorship without JRF) and Category 3 (PhD admission only).
  • Candidates with valid NET scores can apply under Category 3.
  • Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant discipline are eligible to apply.
  • There is no entrance test for PhD admission; NET/SET/GATE scores will be used for admission.
