DU PhD Admission Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates who have registered for the PhD program at Delhi University can submit documents and research proposals if they meet one of the following criteria:-

  • Passed UGC-NET (Dec 2023 or June 2024)
  • Qualified for national-level exams (JRF, etc.) with fellowships/scholarships
  • Hold an MPhil degree
  • Permanent University of Delhi employees (teaching/non-teaching)
  • Hold research jobs (JRF equivalent) in approved university projects
