The Bansidhar & lLA Panda Foundation has announced the Prof. Ghanshayam Das Scholarship 2024. The scholarship amount will be INR 600,000 per student to cover 90% of academic expenses. The scholarship targets meritorious students from Odisha pursuing engineering, medicine, STEM, or liberal arts degrees. Students must opt for 4 years course at NIT Jamshedpur to avail this scholarship. Eligible candidates must be permanent residents of Odisha with annual family income below INR 8 lakhs. Interested students can apply until November 15, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students must be the permanent domicile of Odisha.
• Qualified entrance examination of JEE/NEET/CUET/Liberal Arts in the Year 2024.
• Got admitted in the field of Engineering, Medicine, STEM or Liberal Arts at any Government College in the respective academic year of admission.
• The combined annual income of the parents of the applicants must not exceed INR 8,00,000 per annum.
• Preference shall be given to SC, ST and Divyang applicants based on Merit.
• In addition, applicants must meet all other criteria as specified in the scheme.
