Azim Premji University is providing financial assistance (scholarship) to UG 2025 candidates. The financial assistance will be provided in the form of fee waivers to the candidates with an annual family income of less than INR 12 Lakhs.

Azim Premji University Scholarship Process

• Candidates must mention that they want to apply for financial assistance while filling up the application form.
• If selected in the admission process, a detailed scholarship form needs to be filled out along with the supporting documents within a specified timeframe.
• The decision regarding financial assistance will be determined after the University's financial assistance team conducts an assessment of the candidate's financial circumstances through direct communication with the candidate.
• The University will conduct its verification process through a third-party agency, to validate all the financial information and supporting documents provided at the time of form submission.
• The University reserves the right to revoke the scholarship if the verification process reveals any discrepancies in the provided information.

Documents Required for Azim Premji University Scholarship

• Parent's bank statements (also other contributing members’ bank statements) with last year’s transactions.
• Valid income certificate (If the family income is less than INR 2.5 lakhs)
• Last three years’ Income Tax Returns (If the family income is more than INR 2.5 lakhs).
• Audited Profit and Loss account statements for the last three years. (If the member is self-employed).
• Salary slip
• Form 16 issued by the employer
• Medical documents
• Siblings’ fee receipts (if applicable)

Note: The University can ask for other documents if required during the verification.
