The university has excellent faculty. The infrastructure is also quite good. The admission process is via an entrance followed by interview. The written test checks your logical, verbal reasoning and general capacity to articulate. The interview will have subject specific questions and will test your personality. Having volunteering or social help experience will give a better chance of admission, since the college has such a vision.
Read Full ReviewThe requirements to get admission is just having a class 12th passing certificate from a recognised education board. However, they've now started accepting CUET, SAT and JEE scores as well. The cutoff scores for these exams keep changing however. However, most of the people opt for admission through the normal route i.e giving the Azim premji university aptitude test. The first stage of the admission process is filling the application form. After this everyone is eligible to sit for a test ( Computer based test) that will the further decide whether you are eligible to sit for an interview. After the exam is done , you'll receive an interview invite by the university after a month or so. The interview takes place both in person and online and is usually taken by a professor who's teaching the course you want to major in. On an average the interview goes on for a hour not more than that. After that you just have to wait for either an offer letter or a rejection letter.

And second phase was interview, where they mainly ask why you choose this university, how you will contribute yourself in this university, why you choose your major, what is your future plans and what you will do after graduation.

Read Full ReviewMy experience here has been awesome. The admission process is simple: they offer two opportunities per year to fill the form, during fall and during summer. You have to give an exam or CUET results also work. The cut off is not like solid, it depends on the interview post the first selection from the exam scores. They usually take like 2-3 percent students from among the total forms that get filled up but the percent keeps decreasing as this university is getting popular. I did not prepare for the exam but I was good at the fundamentals and I found that they look for honesty and curiosity in the interview process. The only bad thing I found about this university is that I do not like their sustainable approach to every event. For example their decorations for any event is mostly sustainable and that limits the kind of decorations possible. They also do not allow sponsorships for college festival so it is not super grand like IIT's.

Read Full ReviewAfter the enrollment of the form I was given an entrance test once I qualified the exam I was promoted to personal interview where the professor ask you about your personality and why do you want to study in this university and many more questions about societal problem. The factor made me to choose this university is that the way of teaching is very conventional rather traditional where the students are evaluated on daily basis by giving different kind of assignments and group project which they have to present.
