Placement is usually availed by master's students here, but undergraduate final years also sit for placements. The placements is oriented such that most of the recruiters are NGO's. It does not call private companies for recruitment as it does not align with the motto of the college to serve social good. The recruters are foundations and NGO's like Antara foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, Peepul, Reliance Foundation etc. The average package is 70,000/- per month. About 95% students who sit for placements get placed. I do not plan on sitting for placements, I plan to pursue master's.
There are research assistant positions, student assistantships and internship opportunities available. The cells as such do not provide you with internships, for undergraduate students in the final year they can choose to do an internship or research. The internships during summer breaks are usually found by students themselves. The course end internship opportunites are provided by the college through the occupational track courses which students select upon the start of the course.

Their record for placements is high like 95% plus students sitting for placements get a job. They focus on the social sector mainly and hence many social organizations choose to hire from here. I do not have any data for the highest package offered, but I know that some postgraduates get 7-8 lpa. While the average package ranges from 4.8 to 6 lpa. I have friends earning 5-7lpa, though most of the undergraduates prefer to go for higher studies. I plan to go deeply into music, art and intimacy therapy. And I found my passion for these fields while studying here since the place allows for a very wide range of experiences. A lot of my fellow-mates who graduated from here are currently studying in IV league colleges like Cambridge, etc.
I did an internship kind of thing with the University Radio but the internship culture has just boomed here since last batch because of the new education policy. I currently have no information regarding the opportunities and the stipend information.
