ABV IIITM has released the shortlisted candidate lists for PhD Admission (Full-Time / Part-Time) 2025 for various departments. Shortlisted candidates must report at the IIITM Gwalior campus on December 18-19, 2024. The selection will be done based on the presentation and interview.

ABV IIITM PhD Programmes

ABV IIITM has released the shortlisted candidates list for the below-listed departments:

  • Department of CS & IT
  • Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Department of Engineering Sciences
  • Department of Management Studies

Documents Required for ABV IIITM PhD Admission

Candidates must bring the below listed original documents and photocopies of the same:

  • Duly filled and Self-attested copy of the application form (paste recent colored photograph on the application form)
  • Application Fee receipt
  • Academic Certificates
  • Category certificate issued after April 1, 2024 (if applicable)
  • Score card (GATE / NET / CAT / GRE / ICAR etc.)
  • Experience certificates
  • NOC if applicable (The issue date of NOC must be after the PhD admission Jan-2025 advertisement’s date)
  • Valid ID proof
  • 2 recent colored photographs
  • Three copies of Latest CV
  • Soft and Hard copy of PPT (3 copies)
  • The PPT should contain the following slides (Maximum 5 to 6 slides):
    • Slide 1: About you and your academic credentials
    • Slides 2 - 4: Research plan
    • Slides 5 - 6: Publications/ Research Achievements etc.

ABV IIITM PhD Admission Key Points

  • Candidates are required to report on December 18, 2024, for the interview process. The interviews will likely be completed on the same day. Candidates need to report at 9:00 AM on December 18, 2024, in the B-block of the Academic Building for document verification and the interview.
  • Not-shortlisted candidates may submit their grievances, with a copy of supporting documents and full justification up to December 11, 2024 by 5:00 PM through email at phdadmission@iiitm.ac.in. The subject of the email must be Grievance_Application Number_Department Name_Candidate Name.
  • Limited accommodation is available at the campus on a payment basis. The candidates who wish to get accommodation need to send an email to visitorhostel@iiitm.ac.in by December 15, 2024 by 5:00 PM.
