IIIT Sri City, Chittoor has announced admissions for MS Research (full-time only) and PhD (Full-time and Part-time) for Spring 2025 on Oct 19, 2024. The last date for online application submission is Nov 21, 2024. The hard copy is not mandatory for submitting the application form.

The application fee is INR 500 for the OC/OC-EWS/OBC-NCL category and INR 200 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. A stipend of INR 15,000 for 1st year and INR 17,000 for 2nd year will be provided for the MS Research Programme. PhD Stipend will be similar to MoE, Govt. of India norms for full-time students.

Eligibility criteria

MS Research

  • 4 Years Bachelor's Degree in CSE or ECE
  • OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/ Physics/Electronics/Computer

Science/ Information Technology, or any other related subjects.

PhD

  • For Full-Time
  • ME/MTech/MS by Research in CSE/ECE/related branches.
  • MSc with MTech in CSE/ECE/related branches
  • Direct PhD admissions with BE/BTech/associated Branches.
  • Bachelors and Masters degree in Mathematics/Statistics/related branches.
  • For Part Time
  • Working IT Professionals.
  • Scientists serving in Govt. of India research labs such as DRDO, ISRO, etc.

Candidates who got admission to the programme (Full-Time) are eligible for the fellowship as per the institute/MHRD norms (At present INR 37,000 to 42,000)
