I chose ECE due to interest in hardware and Robotics. Our Director Prof. Rajeev Shorey is very dedicated towards his work, he and the whole faculty of IIIT Surat is very much supportive towards each student. Exams pattern is mainly two quizes of 10 marks each ,Midsem of 30 marks and Endsem of 100 with weightage of 50 and atleast 60% attendance mandatory to occur in the Examination.

Our course is Btech in ECE Engineering. The syllabus and curriculum is that we are more focused on practical learning experience.We have Subjects like Digital design , DSA, CAO, etc. The faculty is so good that they actually focus on practical learning and they come from different parts of our Country.

The course curriculum according to me is very good enough. For the purpose of doing graduation and also to become an computer science engineer I have chosen this course. Most of the faculties are having P.H.D from prestigious institute of India. Difficulty level of exams is moderate and exams occur frequently.

curriculum is good syllabus is according to the skill required in industry but the workshops and lab are not very big but faculties try their best to teach us . Maximum faculty have PHD in related subjects.

it is having latest curriculum according to new education policy. it includes subjects as per companies requirements . it includes subjects for holistic development of its students . faculty is very experienced and helping in nature . there are 2 quizzes , midterm and end term exams are there in each semester .

Course curriculum is best according to me, as there are only core branches We are not studying any unwanted subjects like mechanical, chemical or civil engineering subjects. Some teachers are excellent and some have bare minimum knowledge as usual in many engineering colleges.

As I am interested in computer related topics thats why i took this course . Here the faculty is mostly IIT graduate and Phds , some teach on black board while some from ppts , There 2 quiz exams of 10 marks ,mid sem of 30 marks and end sem of 100 marks. And practical exams of some subjects are also there.

The courses are good, we get to learn subjects like HPC which is taught in IITs and IISC, but we don't have adequate faculty strength for it, we have adjunct faculties in our campus, but there is always an unavailability of faculties in each semester. Most of the faculties are not PhD, and in CSE department we have only 3 PhD faculties. The curriculum is tough as there is no relative grading and also there is no provision of attendance reduction for toppers. There is a mid semester of 30 marks, 2 quizez one before mid and one after of 10 marks, and an end semester of 100 marks which will be converted to 50 markes. So inshort whole 100 marks exam so of you scored 81/100 you gate 10 SPA in that subject, if 71 then 9 and 61 for 8 and so on.

Course is not outdated anymore. As discussed from batches enrolling after 2021, the course structure has changed significantly. Still Acedemics aren't that great here. Faculties are hired too late that Midsems have to be postponed.

Course curriculum is advance with no chemistry or non-tech subjects from 1st year. But teachers are qualified but non-permanent faculties are graduated from local Btech colleges and some professors are from iit graduate also.
