A student must maintain 4 CGPA for eligible for placement and 8 CGPA for the top recruiters. The Training and Placement cell support departments to provide an internship for students in industries for 8 weeks at the end of 6th Semester and for 20 weeks during the 8th Semester as a part of academic. Top recruiters are Microsoft,Walmart etc.

The students who have got their degree through iiit surat are eligible for interviews. Companies like Google , Microsoft ,Oracle ,Hcl ,Uber ,etc have visited our campus and have recruited many students... this year 3 students got internship offer from Microsoft. Oracle took 6 students with them by offering package of 20+ lakhs. approx 70 % students get placements.

Currently, placements are very good in this college. Several companies such as oracle, angel one , microsoft ,mathworks, and google recruiting many students. The average package of this college is 120000.The highest package is 6400000.

Now placements have increased before our placement percentage was around 60-70 percentage . companies that frequenty visit our collages are microsoft , opera , mathworks , infosys , uber , oracle etc. highest package was 64 lakhs per annum by uber.

our college is having good placement statistics with highest package of 64 lakhs and average around 14 lakhs . there is special T&P cell which handles the whole process . recently we have also received 4 internships from Microsoft.

I am currently in first year and as of i heard it is good If you're having cgpa greater 8.5 you're eligible for every company placement. Oracle big basket are some visitors. Highest is 64 lpa and average is 14 lakhs 80% students who are sitting in placements are getting selected.

As I am interested in computer related topics thats why i took this course . Here the faculty is mostly IIT graduate and Phds , some teach on black board while some from ppts , There 2 quiz exams of 10 marks ,mid sem of 30 marks and end sem of 100 marks. And practical exams of some subjects are also there.

The eligibility criteria for placement differs year to year but generally, if you don't have any back in any subject you're eligible for sitting in the placement sessions. Also the recruiters these year are Oracle who offered 19 LPA max, STPL who offered 6 LPA max, Whiteklay 14LPA max, Sutra Management 14LPA max, and Trilogy but no one got the offer. Till now 40% placement has been done, also the average is 7-8 LPA till now. The percentage who gets placement is declining from 96% in 2022 to 50% in 2024. I will sit for placement, and would try for offcampus, I don't have any expectations from the college, and k don't want to waste my talent, I am among the toppers of my class and so would like to go on my own way, depending on college would be a bad decision for me.

Course is not outdated anymore. As discussed from batches enrolling after 2021, the course structure has changed significantly. Still Acedemics aren't that great here. Faculties are hired too late that Midsems have to be postponed.

Course curriculum is advance with no chemistry or non-tech subjects from 1st year. But teachers are qualified but non-permanent faculties are graduated from local Btech colleges and some professors are from iit graduate also.
