The Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, has announced the Stray Vacancy Round for NEET UG 2024. Candidates can apply for vacant seats in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and B.V.Sc.& A.H. courses under the Government, Management, and NRI quotas.
The CENTAC 2024 stray round registration process is open until October 29, 2024 (1 PM). Using dashboard login credentials, candidates can register after referring to vacancy positions published on the CENTAC official website.
Submission Of Willingness, Payment, Declaration And Course Preferences
The candidates may participate after submitting willingness, payment of Full Tuition fees/ Registration Fee as applicable and filling of Course preferences. If the course preferences list is empty, the candidate will not be considered for allotment.
Further, the candidate is requested to submit a Declaration form attached herewith as in Annexure-I.14 of the UG-NEET Brochure, failing which the candidate will not be considered for Allotment.

Eligibility For CENTAC 2024 Stray Vacancy Round
- Candidates already admitted in Round 3 (or in Round 1 and 2) under All India or State Quota are not eligible.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 or any Stray round but did not join are also ineligible.

Note – Candidates must pay the fees via NET Banking or NEFT/RTGS.
Guidelines For Candidates
- If no seat is allotted in the Stray round, the full tuition or registration fee will be refunded.
- If a seat is allotted but the candidate does not join, the fee will be forfeited, and the candidate will be barred from the next NEET exam.
- If the candidate joins the allotted seat, the registration fee will be adjusted against the tuition fee.
- Candidates are advised to carefully consider their preferences before submitting them for the Stray Vacancy round.
