The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) of the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Puducherry, has announced Stray-2 Round registration for the 2024-25 BAMS admissions at Rajiv Gandhi Government Ayurveda College, Mahe.

With AYUSH admission deadlines extended to November 18, 2024, eligible NEET-UG qualified candidates can now apply for unfilled seats under both Government and Management quotas. This round of admissions offers another chance for aspirants to secure their spot in the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program at this esteemed institution.

  • Self-Supporting Quota Seats: 7 vacancies

If any Government Quota seats remain unfilled after this round, they will be transferred to the Self-Supporting quota at a tuition fee of Rs. 2,00,000.

CENTAC 2024: Eligibility & Instructions For Candidates

To participate in the CENTAC 2024 Stray-2 Round, candidates must:

  • Not hold any seat in All India or State Quota after the previous Stray Round.
  • Not have been allotted a seat in Round 3 or previous Stray rounds that they did not join.

Candidates who have already applied under the Government Quota may opt for the Management Quota in this round. However, these applicants will only be considered after the existing merit list is exhausted.

Note: Candidates are instructed to pay their registration fee online through CENTAC’s dashboard using NET Banking, NEFT, or RTGS. Failure to submit course preferences will result in disqualification from this round of allotment.

Refund & Forfeiture Policy

  • Non-Allotment: Full tuition/registration fee is refundable.
  • Allotment Without Joining: The full fee is forfeited, and candidates will be disqualified from the next NEET attempt.
  • Successful Allotment and Joining: The registration fee is adjusted against the tuition fee.

Final Submission Deadline

All steps, including application submission, payment, declaration, and course preferences, must be completed by November 14, 2024, at 5:00 PM. If the Course Preferences list is empty, the candidate will NOT be considered for allotment.
