Chandigarh University received the ‘AI-First Organisation’ award at the Republic AI Summit & Awards 2026 by Republic Media for its work in AI-integrated education, research, and innovation, highlighting the role of artificial intelligence as a practical tool with broader societal applications.
The award was received on behalf of the University by Mr Deep Inder Singh, Senior Managing Director, and Ms Archita Nandi, CEO-TBI, Chandigarh University, at the ceremony.
