CLAT 2027 registration is open, but the deadline is close. The Consortium of National Law Universities will accept applications until October 31, 2026. The Common Law Admission Test will be held on December 6, 2026 for students seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes for the 2027-28 academic year.

CLAT scores are used for admission to the five-year integrated LLB and one-year LLM programmes at participating National Law Universities. Students who want to study law after Class 12 or after an LLB degree should complete the form on the official CLAT 2027 website before the last date.

What students should check before submitting

Keep your personal details, school or college records, photograph, signature and category documents ready. Enter your name and marks exactly as they appear in your records. Check the selected programme, test centre choices and contact details before paying the application fee. The Consortium can issue updates about test centres, reservation rules and the application process on the official website.

Read the official CLAT 2027 page for the registration link and the latest schedule. Students can also check the official UG eligibility rules, official PG eligibility rules and the official FAQ page before applying.

What to Do Next

Open the official CLAT 2027 website today. Check whether you are applying for UG or PG, keep your documents ready, complete every field carefully and submit the form before October 31. Save the application number and payment receipt.

After submitting the form, check your registered email and the official website for the admit card, test centre and other notices. Do not rely on an old CLAT schedule because the Consortium may publish new instructions for the 2027 exam.
