The National Board in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announced the revised date for NEET PG 2024 in a fresh notice issued onJuly 5. As per the new date announced, NEET PG 2024 will now be conducted on August 11 in Two shifts. NBEMS will announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (PG) result date soon. NEET cutoff date for the eligibility will continue to be August 15, 2024.

Note that NEET PG used to be conducted in a single shift before. The exam was postponed earlier due to a precautionary measure due to the controversies associated withNEET UG 2024 in June. As per the previous dates, NEET PG 2024 was supposed to be conducted on June 23, 2024 and the result was to be announced on July 15, 2024.

What did NBEMS President say on NEET PG 2024?

Media houses quoted NBEMS president, Dr Abhijat Sheth, on NEET PG 2024 and he stated, “The NEET PG exam will be conducted on August 11 in two shifts. The final date has been decided after holding meetings with the stakeholders including the government. We will ensure that all the SOPs are in place”
