NEET PG 2027 results have not been declared. The latest result is NEET PG 2026, announced by NBEMS on 24 September 2026. Individual scorecards and candidate-specific answer keys became available on 1 October.
A scorecard reports examination performance; an admission offer comes later through the relevant counselling authority. The 2026 result and admission details below remain separate from the next examination cycle.

Score and Rank
Why can equal marks produce different ranks?+
The 2026 order first compares total incorrect responses, then incorrect responses in Groups A-E one at a time. It next considers the applicable MBBS/FMGE percentage and finally age. Equal raw marks do not mean every tie-break field is equal.
Is the scorecard sent to my registered email?+
NBEMS provides a system-generated download through the applicant login. The 2026 notice says individual scorecards are not sent by post or email.
Can I compare my option 3 with a friend's option 3?+
Not without comparing the actual question and option text. The 2026 option order was shuffled, so the same correct answer can have different option numbers in different candidate records.
Does qualifying mean I have cleared a fixed 50% marks rule?+
No. The General/EWS threshold is a percentile criterion. In the initial 2026 result it corresponded to 262 out of 720, not 360 out of 720.
Does a state merit list replace my NEET PG rank?+
The NEET PG rank is the national examination merit position. A state can prepare its own eligible/category merit list under its rules for state admission. The lists serve different seat-allotment scopes.
