Eligibility Criteria For UG and PG Courses
To be eligible for admission at FISAT for UG and PG courses, the following criteria must be fulfilled by the candidates:-
- B.Tech (HSC Academic): Requires Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with 50% aggregate marks for the General Category and passing marks for SC/ST candidates.
- B.Tech (HSC Vocational/Engineering Diploma): Candidates need 50% marks in Mathematics and Vocational subjects combined for the General Category, while SC/ST candidates need passing marks. Diploma holders must have a minimum of 50% in the final two semesters.
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA): Graduates from any discipline with 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) are eligible. Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level preferred, plus a qualification in the relevant entrance examination.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA): Candidates must possess a graduation degree with 50% aggregate marks and achieve a minimum MAT composite score of 500 or equivalent scores in other accepted entrance exams.
- Integrated MCA: Candidates should have completed 10+2 with Mathematics, Statistics, or Accountancy as a subject, securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
- All programs require candidates to comply with APJ, AICTE, and Government regulations, including qualifying in prescribed entrance examinations where applicable.
Documents Required For UG/PG Admission 2025
The candidates must have the following documents listed below for admission to UG/PG courses:-
- Original mark sheets, pass certificates, and degree certificates (as applicable) along with two self-attested copies of each document.
- Original SSLC certificate with two self-attested copies, demonstrating completion of secondary education.
- Four passport-size and three stamp-size colour photographs, along with a copy of the Aadhaar card.
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) and Course & Conduct Certificate from the previous institution.
- Physical fitness certificate issued by a Government Medical Practitioner.
- Original documents are required for candidates from universities outside Kerala.
- Eligibility Certificate from Kerala Technical University (if applicable to your program).
- Original Admit Card and Result Sheet (if available for your program).
- Relieving order from current employer (for those working in Government/Quasi Government/Banks).
- Certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where currently employed (for working professionals).
