The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released an official notification for the release of FMGE (Screening Test) December 2024 Pass Certificates. The candidates who have appeared for the FMGE examination on January 12, 2025, can collect their certificates in person between February 24, 2025, and May 23, 2025 from the NBEMS office, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi.

FMGE Pass Certificate Distribution Details

NBEMS has instructed that pass certificates will be distributed in person only to the successful candidates. No representative will be allowed to receive the certificates.

Schedule & Venue

  • Distribution Period: February 24 – May 23, 2025
  • Location: NBEMS Office, PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi
  • Time Slot: According to the Entry Slip provided to each candidate

Candidates are requested to adhere to their scheduled time slots as mentioned on their Entry Slip.

Documents Required for Certificate Collection

Candidates are requested to present the following original documents for verification:

  • FMGE December 2024 Scorecard
  • Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License)
  • Original MBBS Degree Certificate
  • Internship Completion Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport (Original and Copy)
  • Printed "Entry Slip" with filled self-declaration

Note: The self-declaration on the Entry Slip should be done in advance. Pass certificates will not be issued without this submission.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Biometric Verification: NBEMS will verify candidates' identity through Face ID/biometrics before issuing the certificate.
  • No Representative Allowed: Candidates have to collect their certificates in person. Third-party collection is not permitted.
  • Travel Arrangements: Candidates should make arrangements for their back journey considering possible delay due to document verification.
  • Missed Collection Date: Candidates missing the scheduled slot should seek NBEMS permission through the Communication Web Portal after May 23, 2025.
  • Final Deadline: If candidates are not able to collect their FMGE Pass Certificates until July 18, 2025, their FMGE December 2024 result will be cancelled and no further opportunity will be provided.
