Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research has announced the opening of applications for its Project Oriented Biology Education (POBE) Programme for the year 2025. Candidates can apply online through the JNCASR Admission Portal by February 28, 2025.
POBE Key Details
- Eligibility: First-year B.Sc. students with a Physics, Biology, and Mathematics (PBM) combination.
- Duration: Two months each summer for three years.
- Selected students will engage in intensive research projects, each spanning 6 to 8 weeks.
- Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a Diploma in Biology from JNCASR.
- Fellowships: Up to ten fellowships are available, each providing a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.
