Documents Required For KAU PhD Admission

The candidates are required to bring the following documents mentioned below at the time of admission:-

  • Evidence of age verification (Secondary School/Class X certificate)
  • Educational credentials and grade reports from Class X onwards
  • Final semester grade sheets/transcripts for undergraduate/postgraduate and provisional degree certificates
  • NTA-issued admit card
  • Computer-generated confirmation page of the online application submitted to NTA
  • ICAR scorecard for eligible applicants
  • ICAR allocation letter for eligible applicants
  • Passport-size colour photographs (matching the online application)
  • Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar card, passport, ration card, etc.)
  • Residential certificate
  • Character reference from the previous institution
  • Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) and Gen-EWS applicants
  • Medical certificate for PwBD applicants from a government hospital
  • Sponsorship declaration/employer's endorsement (for in-service applicants)
  • Transfer certificate
