Documents Required For KUFOS PhD admission 2025

Please submit the following original and photocopied documents at KUFOS during your admission process for enrollment completion:-

  • NTA Score Card
  • Printout of the application
  • Consent by the research guide in the prescribed format
  • Project proposal
  • Facility Certificate from Research Centre
  • Proof of remittance of the first-semester registration fee
  • Certificates proving age, qualifications, and mark list of qualifying examination
  • Original transfer certificate and conduct certificate from the last institution studied
  • Community Certificate and reservation certificates (if applicable)
