The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the final seat allotment result for NEET PG 2024 Round-3 counselling on January 25, 2025. After publishing the provisional result, candidates had till January 26, 2025, to point out discrepancies, if any. The final result is now available in PDF form on the website mcc.nic.in.

Reporting Deadline and Admission Formalities
Candidates assigned seats in Round-3 will have to join their respective institute with original documents and allotment letter on or before February 3, 2025. Formalities for admissions include the admission fee payment as well as a physical report at the institute.

Revised Cut-Off Percentiles
MCC revised the eligibility criteria for NEET PG counselling 2024 for Round-3 due to the reduction in cut-off percentiles. The updated criteria are as follows:

Timeline of Events Leading to Round-3
- Registration Extension: Initially, the registration deadline was set for January 19, 2025. The deadline was extended to January 22, 2025, after the revision of cut-off percentiles.
- Postponement of Round-3 Result: The result, which was scheduled to be announced on January 4, 2025, was postponed because of cut-off adjustments.

Previous Rounds Recap
The result of Round-2 seat allotment was declared on December 13, 2024. In total, 31,490 candidates have been allotted seats. NEET PG 2024, conducted on August 11, 2024, saw its results announced on August 23, 2024.
Candidates are required to file their reports within the prescribed time limit and to refer periodically to the MCC website for announcements.
