Eligibility Criteria For NIT Andhra Pradesh PhD Admissions 2025
PhD (Full-time)
- Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/Science with at least 60% marks and GATE/NET qualified.
- Exception: GATE/NET not required for M.Tech or (link unavailable) holders in relevant specialization.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 75% marks and GATE/NET qualified.
PhD (Part-time)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Technology.
- At least 60% marks in either UG or PG.
