List Of Documents Required For NIT Mizoram PhD Admission

Candidates must submit the following documents for PhD admission at NIT Mizoram:-

  • Submit either a Self Declaration Certificate (for full-time candidates leaving jobs) or an Undertaking (for unemployed candidates)
  • Provide the Mutual Consent form between the student and supervisor as per the website format
  • Upload Migration Certificate through the ERP system
  • Submit relevant Category/Caste Certificate via the ERP platform
  • For OBC (NCL) candidates, provide a certificate issued after April 1, 2024
  • Upload Aadhar Card in the ERP system
  • Complete physical verification of all uploaded documents by designated supervisor(s)
  • Submit online Anti-Ragging Undertaking with reference number and PDF
  • Note that admission will be cancelled if any uploaded documents are found to be inauthentic
  • Mandatory physical presence is required for Full-Time candidates during admission and registration
